Bought a Go Go suspension seat post for my mothers mobilty 'scooter' unfortunately it did not do what we expected. Returned item and was refunded no problem. Many thanks to them for their helpful service. I would happily recommend them.

my scooter went wrong after 3 months i waited 13 days before it was collected. Thats not good . then i waited another 5 weeks for it to repaired and returned to me.thats not good considering the problem was a loose battery . Eventually it was returned to me NOT BOXED just wrapped in one sheet of bubble wrap and moving parts not secured , which is shocking for a high value product . i contacted the company many times and their customer service assistants were very rude and some were aggressive. i wont buy from this company ever again

Regarding the return transit, shipping larger items like mobility scooters requires them to be securely strapped to a pallet for stability, with protective bubble wrap applied to safeguard the bodywork during transport. However, we take your feedback regarding communication and overall turnaround time very seriously. Found these outdoor handrails whilst searching the internet. These stood out from the rest because of the size and material. Bought 2 and really happy. Delivered quickly and was well packed. I’m having open heart surgery soon and my cat tends to jump on my chest in bed thought this would be a good idea to keep safe after the op and he can also stay with me it’s perfect so light fits across my chest and I’m so glad I went for it came really quickly light yet very steady and sturdy
