Very poor understanding of reasonable adjustments
2nd Edit- The tone of this response differs from the personal communication.
At no time have I asked for a refund, simply for you to provide carriage to the required address which wasn't checked when my husband needed your help to conclude the online transaction after telling you he was incapable.
You have responded stating it was his fault because he completed the online form wrong yet your staff member allowed that to happen, instead of checking why the bank transaction had failed. Your staff, in effect, helped him force the transaction, which resulted in the issues with the addresses.
We asked if you could send it for us to rectify the poor experience, but you instead offer to pay for a return.
We regret using your business.
This is beyond disappointing and clearly displays your lack of care for your vulnerable customers experiences.
My husband is an honourable man and sought help but didn't get it.

This is also a surprise that I can see on my personal messages to you, that you have seen it but not responded!! So this answer can only be perceived as what you wish the public to see and not actually addressing your customers concerns personally!! My husband called to order an item for his mother. He told the advisor he wasn't capable of ordering online. He was advised that it was 'easier' than doing it on the phone. Unhelpful!
The item subsequently got delivered to our address instead of his mother's.
We rang to tell them but they weren't interested and denied any liability because my husband had paid by card and it had been accepted.
It took my husband over an hour to order it online because of his own inability.
It turns out his mother's address was accepted as the billing address and ours was as delivery address. This happened as a consequence of my husband's inability to use an online platform, as originally explained to the sales representative.
Our call wasn't answered and neither have my messages online.
Pretty hopeless really.
Very poor experience. IMHO the original sales person should have taken the order by phone.
My mother in law will not get her birthday presents now on time. Thanks to this company.
We asked for a callback too but nothing.
Therefore, we can't give this company any more than one star.
This is an honest experience.

We always aim to be as open as possible about our shipping rates and offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £50 (ex VAT). However, as noted on our Delivery Information page, our courier partners charge additional surcharges for specific UK postal areas and remote postcodes. Because these extra charges are calculated after an order is placed, our team reaches out directly to let you know the exact delivery amount before processing the order. If the additional cost isn't right for you, we are always more than happy to cancel and fully refund the order straight away, no questions asked.
Our goal in using established couriers like DPD and Royal Mail is simply to ensure your items are handled safely and delivered reliably, but we genuinely appreciate your feedback on how this extra step affects your experience.

Delivered quickly, good product
Delivered quickly as promised. Good quality product. I had been given a Medina bath board for home by the hospital on discharge after an op and allowed to keep it. I have bought another to use at another address which I visit for a several days most months. I needed a slightly smaller size which I’m pleased to say fits nicely, tried for the first time today. I was happy that if it hadn’t fitted, I would be able to return it too.
