Great job done and great fitter

I was really pleased with my purchase and the young gentleman called Stuart who supplied and fitted my hoist in the boot of my car 5 star 🌟 thank you I would highly recommend this company x

What a lovely experience we have had from first contact to the completed task today. Office staff were friendly and clear about everything, waiting for the equipment meant I called them once a week until it arrived, they were patient with me, thank you. Today the engineer fitting the device was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to communicate with.
I needed a brake hand control fitted to make my driving easier and safer due to having problems with my Lipodema in both legs. We paid privately for this and ergomobility, was recommended by the NHS test centre and a personal friend.

This is my 2nd experience of using adaptions fitted to a vehicle installed by yourselves, the first in Jan '24 to a Peugeot 2008 & the 2nd in Jan '25 to a Vauxhall Astra .
On both occasions they were installed swiftly and safely .
On both occasions I needed to call you about having a mobile fitter come to my address to adjust the brake lever fixing as I couldn't get a comfortable steering wheel driving position ( I am quite particular about this ) and On both occasion the fitter came promptly to do this adjustment for me and wouldn't leave until he was sure I was happy with this !
A 1st class service from start to finish and I would recommend you to anybody needing vehicle adaptions to be able to drive and enjoy driving again !

It was a problematic fitting due to the software on an Audi. So was delayed approx 6 weeks. Whilst a Veigl issue the comms via MiM could have been better, all done in the end though which is great

Staff pleasant and tidy. We had to get you back out as the lifting strap had snapped when we tried to use it the 1st time. Repair was done quickly

I had a 'Mobility In Motion' haust fitted to my car late last year. From initial telephone discussions to actual fitting of the device, M in M guided me smoothly through all procedures. The haust has since performed perfectly and I consider it extremely good value for money. Thank you M in M.

As a private purchaser, I think the charges are excessive which is a result of this company effectively having a monopoly in our area, having taken over the competition. They are under-staffed of skilled engineers, most installs are unique to the vehicle type and require an engineer to have years of experience. The engineer who came to install the Lodgerson system was excellent but was totally fed up with the company management and order processing by poorly trained agents that created excessive mistakes. In fact he had tended his resignation. It is impossible to speak direct with the local depot without getting picked up by the head-office then having to wait for days to get a call back. This company is struggling to provide the service previously given by the original business. Installation dates are slow but they will not progress an order without full proforma payment, a deposit would be more reasonable.
