My experience yesterday with this company was a 10 out of 10.
That's been the one bright spot of this week, as I seem to have spent almost the whole of my week chasing poor service supplied by three of my other suppliers.
I digress, Richard, their technician was excellent.
We managed to offer him a fault that was completely brand new to him, but he wasn't phased.
The product that M in M sold me was state-of-the-art engineering and digitally advanced, so fortunately Richard doesn't carry a hammer.
So the product and the service was of the top range.

From start to finish, everything about this Company was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been very pleased with the new car seat conversion, But there is one thing that needs to be improved, and that's the small winder handle. It needs to be able to swing out of the way, as the fitted one sticks out when wheeling about, and it hits door frames as you go through, I feel that its to flimsy. The fitter super glued it on, as it was slipping off all the time he was working it. I also think its going to come off at some point in the future. Other wise its a great product. But to any new customers please note that you do need to get used to it.

Absolutely fantastic service for fitting my wife’s hoist in our car.

From the very first conversation, David Craig at Mobility In Motion has gone above and beyond in every possible way. I can confidently say that without his expertise, patience, and ongoing support, I wouldn’t be where I am today – driving my brand new Skoda Kodiaq fitted with the Turny Evo seat, BEV seat and hand controls, tailored specifically to my needs as a full-time wheelchair user.

David carried out a thorough and compassionate assessment, really taking the time to understand my specific requirements and helping me feel heard throughout the entire process. He explained the pros and cons of every option clearly, without pressure, helping me feel empowered in making such a big decision.

The entire journey took several months due to the nature of my needs and the Motability process, but David stayed by my side throughout. He dealt with all the back-and-forth with Motability, ensuring that every step was as smooth and stress-free as possible. His communication was faultless, always checking in, updating me, and making sure I was never left in the dark.

When it came to the installation, everything was exactly as promised. The Turny Evo with BEV seat has been a game-changer for my independence, and the hand controls are incredibly intuitive and reliable. The entire adaptation package has not only improved my ability to drive but also restored a huge sense of freedom and dignity.

David is not just a representative – he’s a genuinely kind and dedicated person who clearly cares about making life better for disabled people. I can’t recommend him or Mobility In Motion highly enough. Thank you for treating me like a person, not just a process.

We had problems with our hoist since getting a new wheelchair. Craig in the Glasgow office sorted us out. His suggestions, adaptations and demonstrations helped improve how we manoeuvred the chair he could not have been more helpful and professional. A real pro!

I needed a lift for the back of my campervan conversion and was given exceptional service by Mobility in Motion with the Installer taking his time doing a first class job. It was obvious they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend and put an end to the struggle of putting mobility scooters into the back of vehicles.

Craig turned up early, having rung us to let us know when he would be here. He was very nice and easy to talk to and set about his work professionally and carefully. At the end he took me through the new installation thoroughly. The whole experience was fabulous.

The holiday time - December wasn't best but communication with the technical team can improve. Customer should be informed when challenges do occur - this was an issue, but the technician was very helpful, understanding and did excellent work. He answered all queries satisfactorily.

Hoist was fitted in the time I was told. All the boot was cleaned after. Use was explained fully.

Very Good experience overall although communication across your organisation and with your installation agents and ultimately the customer could improve and be more timely.

An excellent after sales service with very helpful staff.

Changed my life as a carer, we spent loads on hearing aids, walkers and then a motorised scooter. While it was relatively easy to load in pieces it was just the bending down and lifting the various parts that gave me sciatica and back pain. Then we had the hoist installed, its brilliant. I am happy to go on journeys as often as my husband wants because it is now hassle free. Thank you 🤩
