On both occasions the service was excellent. From speaking to the‘receptionist’to fitting. They arrived in the time arranged. Gave an accurate quote phoned when they were on there way. Clean and tidy work

A first class job all round.
We had an issue with a blown triple glazed window plus I needed to replace 4 broken window handles and two snapped window hinges.
I was chuffed to find a local company who could help replace all items.
The quote process and survey went very well and we had prompt service.
The repairs were carried out by Anthony who was very professional in all aspects of his work. He had huge respect for our property and he talked me through what he was doing. I was delighted with Anthony’s expertise and professionalism.
The cost was very competitive and honestly I would have paid more.
Great service all round and highly recommended for the North West area.

Great service from beginning to end
Great service from beginning to end. Husband and wife business. It works perfectly. Antony and Jade are a great team. Jade is friendly and efficient booking appointments in etc.
Antony is brilliant. He's on time, quick to measure up. Jade sends the quote through straight away and then we booked in to have our leaded glass replaced with such good quality transparent glass that it looked like Antony wasn't holding anything when he brought it in!
We couldn't be more pleased with our window with a view.

Just had a cracked kitchen window replaced by Antony at Misty Glass. From quotation to installation the process was very professional and the people involved both friendly and polite. The price was excellent and the standard of work very high. Antony even adjusted the window so that it did not stick anymore which was unexpected. Excellent Service & Professionalism
Had a crack in a lounge window that I think was caused by a stone that got caught in the lawnmower. We searched online to see what was available and spotted this Business. We emailed for a quote and an appointment was arranged for someone to come round and measure up. The price was reasonable so we then arranged a date for the fitting and a Saturday appointment was provided as requested. We were then rang on the day to advise us of their expected arrival time and they arrived promptly, with the minimum of fuss, and I was able to pay by card there and then. We were very happy with the service and the professionalism and would recommend this Business for any kind of window replacement.

Professional throughout the process
Although the windows I had replaced weren’t misty, they were over 20 years old and suffered badly from condensation in winter — far worse than the ones I replaced a couple of years ago. I’m hoping the new units, with E‑glass, warm‑edge spacer bars and argon gas, will make a big difference.
Antony was efficient and professional throughout, and thanks to Jade as well for the great communication in arranging everything.

Steamed windows replaced
They was brilliant from start to finish . They rang half hour before the time slot which was great . Replaced 17 glass panels different sizes . Amazing clean and efficient. Windows look great now .
