Good customer care
We have used this company for a few years now and in our experience have always received excellent customer care. When the engineer calls to carry out the yearly service on our boiler we feel confident in his knowledge. When we speak to anyone on the phone they are always polite and will do their best to help.

Expert and friendly
Russell and Jack attended as our under floor heating / heat pump didn’t seem to be heating the house. They were very knowledgeable on the systems and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue, Russel followed up with a thorough report which was invaluable to our situation also. Will definitely request them again next time.

The boiler sprung a leak but the GHC organised to fix it next day. Once again Frank, the best heating engineer fixed it.

Excellent company, they always ring to keep you informed, and to let you know the service engineer will ring to give you time of arrival, and Frank is always on time, he is so thorough, friendly and very efficient. Frank was punctual and called through half an hour before he got here.
Was was polite, informative and managed to find a broken seal within the boiler itself.
Thoroughly recommend him as he was very professional in all aspects of the work he undertook including leaving the property as clean as he found it. Top marks Frank!!

I have to say a huge thank you to Frank who came to service our fires today. He was super friendly & so considerate & tidy. When signing my signature at the end, I commented on the effectiveness of his electronic pen and he gave it to me for our daughter to use to draw on her tablet- such a lovely gesture!
