I received excellent assistance with Beryl today. I have not received a package due to the incompetencies of FEDEX and Beryl was efficient and attentive in interceding on my behalf to request my package be delivered to my home. I appreciate the attention and support provided by Beryl.

I had ordered a total of 7 items and received an email notification that my package was delivered but only 3 items were in the package. I used the chat & got help from Siphosethu, who was able to help me right away and found out my order was split and sent me a link to track the other order. Very helpful!

My order arrived late. Although my order did not arrive in a timely manner, I was compensated for the delivery fees that I originally had paid. Noxolo was quick and very helpful.

All the clothing I have received from Missguided have been great quality. I love they’re clothes. I did have a problem with shipping this week. I have been waiting for my package for about three weeks and every time I tried tracking it nothing would come up. I did a 24hour chat room and they answered quickly and helped me find my package and gave me a refund for my shipping. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and their products are too notch quality!

Thandolwethu Finally helped me after Thulile and Nonkululeko rudely entered the chat before solving the problem which was very unprofessional. Thandolwethu Solved it in less than five minutes.

Although I am upset about not receiving my package in a timely manner, Noxolo was very helpful in assisting me with my issues. He responds immediately and he is very attentive to the issues that I had. I hope to work with him again under better circumstances.
