I was upset that my order took 2 months to get here, which is why I am not sure if I should ever order from them again. However, when I needed help with the return, it was very easy and smooth thanks to Misguided's live chat on their website. They also provided me with a free coupon code for return shipping which I appreciated.

Dont trust!

1. the refund system is useless;
I tried to order refund on 10 pieces of clothing and got this message: "Your return contains too many items and is above the carrier weight limit. If your order was delivered in multiple parcels please create a separate return for each parcel."
- this even I ordered all in one order and receive the order in the same one package shipment, I must create returns for each individual garment and get a return form for each item, what is that!?!

2. You can not trust the information you get about the pricing;
I contacted the customer service centre for information about whether the prices included VAT, customs duties and tax. I received a reply from a customer service representative that all prices were included all fees and they could guarantee and confirm that no other expenses would be additional upon receipt of the package in my home country Norway, this despite the fact that I specified this once again and said I would make sure that I would not get any surprises when collecting the package. The person I talked to said I had nothing to worry about.

The next day I received a message from DHL with an invoice for customs duties and VAT. Contacted missguided and received only an apology for misinformation and that I had to pay an invoice myself. This is one of the worst things I've ever experienced and I frequently shop on website throughout the world.

Have ordered pretty much everything online and it is the first time there is total lack of disclaimer and total failure to take responsibility for a mistake they have made and are fully responsibal for, and now has resulted in putting me in an innocuous financial trouble!

STAY AWAY from this website! In addition, it is hopeless to return the goods. Don't trust the information you get, because you may actually end up with information that could cost you a furtune.

I have now reached to the Consumer Council for Europe for assistance.

spoke to a representative and worst ever, spoke to another named Tina and she was way much more sweeter and fast to resolve my issue with a return, I love the clothes from this shop and I've got my mum hooked on this shop now, it's customer service reps like Tina that make us want to continue shopping there, thank you so much again Tina!

I had an issue with a delivery delay for my order. I went onto the chat service and was helped by Ayanda. She looked into the status of my order right away, and found that the parcel had been delayed and wouldn't be delivered for another week. She offered me a refund for the shipping cost for the item and that was really really helpful! I would definitely recommend this customer service experience!

Purchased from Missguided 3 times. All the 5-star reviews here are super shady. The quality of the clothing is very similar to NastyGal (as another reviewer mentioned). The pictures depict the clothing looking pretty decent but upon receiving, they’re super cheap and not made well. I knew it was fast fashion, but this is where you get what you pay for.

Order 1: I purchased 3 Sean John collab items. I read the description and looked at the images. The model and I were the same size but seeing how oversized the joggers were, I sized down 1 size. The joggers came and they were so big, I could fit 3 of myself in it. The size chart is inaccurate so don’t bother. When they say oversized, they really mean oversized. Sizing down 2-3 sizes if possible is the only way to get true sizing. Very disappointed as this company isn't in the US, so I paid $11 express shipping to get items to me. Return shipping is costly and not even worth returning.

Order 2: This was the mistake where I tried to give Missguided a second chance thinking “maybe only SOME of their products are cheaply made”. So I bought 1 windbreaker style jacket and 2 blazers. Again, oversized items. I bought the jacket 2 sizes smaller and the blazers 1 size smaller. Blazers fit fine but the material was cheap and so hideous. The jacket was actually fine (lightweight and comfy) but the sleeves were so wide, they were monstrous. I paid $10 for shipping then I paid another $8.75 to return the entire order. Luckily, I found out Paypal covers return costs as long as you provide them proof that you paid to send items back.

Order 3: Here’s the last straw. I purchased an inexpensive puffer jacket purposely knowing that the quality isn’t good. I wanted something cheap and stylish. Paid $9 shipping last month on 12/28 and so far, it’s hitting the 4th week and my order still hasn’t arrived. Contacted live chat some days ago and like with many other reviews I saw online, they told me to wait until end of the week. I still didn’t get the item. This isn’t their fault, really, but it doesn’t make me want to order from them again. I also wish I could get back the $9 from shipping. If it was free shipping, I probably wouldn’t complain. EDIT: I got the jacket a week later and to no surprise, it was oversized to the point where it was still nearly 3 sizes too big after sizing down. I ordered a US 0 and I'm normally a US 4. Lesson learned. They refunded me $8 for shipping and it's $1 off but I'll accept it. Customer service was very nice and accommodated the situation even though our live chat disconnected and for some reason, I couldn't attach a photo of the product tag.

While Missguided has pretty stylish products, it's not a risk I'm willing to take. The place is great for low-priced basics and trendy clothes. The quality is low but waiting for cheap clothes from UK isn’t worth it. I was able to buy blazers off a more expensive brand for about $20 more and the quality was much more impressive. They really need to work on improving their "oversized" sizing. Overall, not happy and would never order from them again.

Sithable was very nice and helped me find out about my order by informing me that due to the size of my order ..it was split into 3 packages and provided me with the tracking numbers.
