Clothes were AWFUL. The sizing is AWFUL. Not like the picture, incredibly cheap quality when they are very expensive. When i requested a refund, they made ME pay for the shipping. Wasted my money. Returned all four items.

Very slow delivery & had to jump through hoops to find out how to return . RIP off return costs want £6.44 to return a £10 item DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Missguided certainly are. I ordered 2 dresses in 2 different sizes and they were delivered,the material was ok and I sent one of them back via Evri on 19th June to a Lily Wang at a an address in Bloxwich and to this date I have not had a refund. I went onto their website to enquire about this and the form will not let you get it sorted without an order number which it does not let you fill in. This company are not fit for purpose and PLEASE do not buy anything off them as they do not care about your service at all

I bought a few things on MISSGUIDED, quality was poor so I returned everything. They don’t give you any return slips anymore so had to go post office and send the parcel like it’s a normal parcel. Never received my refund, contacted them three times before they ever replied and told me without a tracking number they won’t refund even though I showed them the receipt. Lost out on £95. Won’t ever use again.

they are sending tops from shein and saying its their product, and when u want to refund u never get a reply

An absolute joke - had to pay to return my item and they are refusing to refund me as I don’t have the tracking number, despite me writing my return ID multiple times on the parcel.

Scam behaviour wouldn’t shop here again.

Order number does not work on the returns portal, emailed customer service a week ago and no response. I have no way of returning my order. Terrible company do not order from them

BEWARE! Returns process is a nightmare. Still waiting for my refund. No responses, pay your own returns, no QR code, shocking customer service

I had high hopes for the dresses when I placed the order but they didn’t arrive in time for the occasion I needed them for and all had to be returned. The return process is not easy and was very stressful having to use a carrier and not the post office. I won’t be buying from Missguided again

Cheap clothes and can no customer service

I ordered an item, the dress came and it’s from China. Cheap material awful! I never knew it was like this ordering from Sweden. The return address is SHEIN based in Poland. I am not paying the return fee and customer service not responding. I will put it on Vinted. I checked SHEIN website and the same dress is on there for less. Long shipping time! DO NOT ORDER from here!!

First, the ambiguity in their return process at time of purchase, I believe is intentionally deceptive. Its after you have a return, the language states its at the cost of the customer. Secondly, I returned items over a month ago and no communication received and when I reach out, I get questions upon questions, which I continue to respond to but no resolution. Feels like a scam.

I have received my order but need to process a return. The supposed online portal does not recognise my order number and customer service doesn’t seem to want to respond. Someone please assist correct this, I only wanted to return a few of the items but might return the full order if someone doesn’t assist asap.

Items are ok but I need to return 4 out of 6 items are to big I cannot figure out how to return them each time I go to google misguided 7 sites come up how the frigg do I return this stuff I literally cannot find how to start it it’s says I’ve gotta pay to return the items , they are less than £20 I might just give up and donate it I wouldnt order ever again just because of the returns I also didn’t no the company is run buy totally different people now

Flimsy clothing rubbish quality. Took ages to arrive. Would definitely not order from them again. Absolute hassle to return and not free, so won't be bothering.

Ordered 3 pair of pyjamas from the website, they came and looked so different than they did on the website so I needed to return them as I wasn’t going to wear them. Could not figure out the returns portal - I started the return on their website and sent the parcel back last week which I got confirmation of it arriving with them. Still no refund or help from any of their team. Order - 2583176

Dont order from here! Quality of clothes are terrible. Tried to return & the 'portal' is a nightmare. Have to organise returns seperately via evri by yourself (and pay postage) send to some random chinese name on an industrial park, half way through the returns process (even though I had to go and print the label before properly submitting) I had to take a photo of the labels.. absolute faff! its wasted half a day and not very confident ill get my money back as theirs no confirmation emails containing order numbers - only a paypal email to go off. AVOID!

Do not buy !!!! No email confirmation only via PayPal. 2 and half weeks late even though I got next day delivery. Trying to return but there is no order number as there is no email
& it will not allow Me to submit a claim without one. No way to contact them. Also the clothes are from shein as they left some of the labels on. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !!!

Do not buy from this company! My package never arrived. They kept my money. No way to file a claim or a question, because it claims I don’t have an order number.
Missguided if you read this message, please make it right. I will still take the clothes.
