I went into purchasing items from Missguided knowing there will probably be issues but the lack of customer service reviews everyone was talking about was what scared me. However, I have been on the chat multiple times and always received honest and straightforward help. I did not receive the second half of my order and I had to return items from my first order and got a refund very quickly. I can handle long wait times etc as long as the customer service is there and I get my money back which I have not had an issue with. I would recommend Missguided but always with a warning as you have to have patience.

Chillleee Missguided’s shipping updates are straight up TRASH! The app doesn’t even show that my package has been despatched, and the courier site shows absolutely nothing either.

I used the chat function on the website and was assisted by Noxolo who was extremely helpful! She assured me that my package would be delivered in the next day or two and I’m really hopeful that this happens, if not, I’ll be back with another review!

I love the clothes, but the service, outside of the exceptionally helpful Noxolo is wayyyy below average.

I inquired about a partial delivery and wanted to know where the rest of my package was. I got the issue resolved quickly and they let me know when I could expect the rest of my package.

Tina was very helpful today as I’m worried my package will not arrive on time for my birthday, but she was very helpful, and understanding.

Beryl was a great help to me in finding my order (I could not figure out my order number) and then tracking it for me. Happy my package will be here soon! Very easy to chat with, and quick and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone based off their customer service alone! :)

My daughter loves the selection of eclectic clothes from Misguided. I missed the return for numerous valid reasons. Misguided rep listened to me and helped me out. So grateful for a company that stands behind their product and sales.

You were very helpful and issued a refund for an item that was sent back, but not showing as acknowledged. The chat disconnected, but you were able to leave a message reassuring that I would get a refund sent back, I appreciate it.

Excellent customer service. Very quick and helpful responses. I had an issue with a return and they resolved it immediately and even gave me a discount code for the cost of shipping the return. Issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
