Beryl had excellent customer service
Beryl had excellent customer service! She was quick, responsive, efficient, apologetic, personable and solved my problem perfectly. My order was placed on 2/4/22 and it is now 2/18/22 and my order had not been dispatched and got lost. She immediately offered me a refund or a replacement with the fastest shipping option possible and added her kindhearted humor in response to my humor and sparkling personality while at it! Missguided has an A+ for me with customer service.

I was having an issue processing a US online return as the website wasn't accepting my card info. The chat feature was quick & seamless and I am very pleased with the service. My return was processed for free, and Ayana was most kind. I will definitely continue purchasing from Missguided US

Noxolo was very helpful
Noxolo was very helpful. Not happy with the quality of the products at all (very cheap and cheap looking), but Noxolo in the customer service chat window was so fast at helping me with a return and waving the shipping return fee due to their late orders and multiple shipments. Very pleasant to speak to.

Delivery failure and poor quality
I paid 18 euros for next day delivery. After days I contacted the clientdesk for information, they gave different information every time. At the end my order seemed to be lost. They offered me to reorder the items, hoverwer they told me that not everything was still available. I told them that it was available on the website and they said the website does only do a stock update every 24h so the information on the website is 'wrong'. Since I did not believed this was true I ordered the items myself again on the website. Everything was delivered at the end.
Clothes were of very POOR quality so I had to return it again. I do not recommend this website at all.
