I spoke to a rep on the chat tool and got assistance right away. I got an update on my return instantly. However they’re email notifications are very delayed because it’s been 7 business days since my package was received and I never heard back from them.

I contacted support to follow up on refund as I had not received a confirmation that it had been processed, yet I could see from tracking information that it had reached the retailer. Sithabile assisted me and was so helpful and straight away put through the refund amount so that it would appear in my bank account in a few days. Very satisfied with the support.

The app was messing up while I was attempting to process my order. I picked express shipping but some how it switched to standard. I used the Facebook messenger but no answer so j tried to see if there was a quicker way to receive customer service. Luckily there’s a chat option. Noxolo assisted me. Although Noxolo could not change the shipping on my order, Noxolo processed a cancellation (hopefully it was caught in time). Not the ideal option but I placed another order and Noxolo issued a refund because the code I used moments ago no longer worked. Noxolo was pretty knowledgeable and didn’t take too much time to assist me.

I chatted with Mandisa who was kind and very quick to respond. She refunded me my shipping payment as an apology for my late package due to inclement weather. I tried tracking my package but was unable to see any updates since 2/9/22. I ordered my items on 2/8/22 and today’s date is 2/22/22. She sent me some updates and I should be getting my package in no time. Thank you Mandisa for your efficiency and great customer service!!
