Mandisa helped me via chat this evening. She's amazing!! I had a return issue where I shipped on 3/4 and the post office is still holding my return as of 3/10 with no updates. Mandisa immediately conducted research with my order and tracking# and immediately issued my refund. Missguided has a gem in Mandisa. She understands the importance of customer service and knows how to deliver. Because of her, I will continue to shop with Missguided...many thanks!!

I ordered an outfit on missguided with a 25% discount. The same outfit was then advertised at me on Facebook hours later but with 35% discount, I was a little disappointed by this so went onto the chat and explained the situation. Sithabile was more than happy to refund me the extra 10%! Costumer service at its best! Thank you!

Amazing customer service! Really helped me with my faulty order, and getting another sent back out for next day delivery the same day I received my first one.
