Missguided Recensioni 

This has been a dreadful consumer experience with Missguided. I have returned an item, and they will not refund me, even though I have proof of return from Hermes. I have chased it with numerous emails, and they do not even adhere to their own rules on refunds and returns, which state a 14 days refund period. Their replies are wishy washy, and they fob you off. They keep your money, so I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. They are not honest traders, and you will be unlikely to get a refund for your returned item. Most stressful consumer experience ever.

Sithabile helped me cancel a refund/replacement order I had just made like 20 minutes ago. The original package was about to be returned to sender but I was able to (frantically) retrieve it at the post office before it did! The customer service has been really nice the two times I've use it today. Wish I could remember the name of the first customer service agent I spoke with first. Thank you Missguided!

The person who helped me, Tina, was very sweet and kind with helping me with my problem today. She made it very easy for me to understand and found an easy solution to my problem. I really appreciate her help today and hope she has a good rest of her day!

My order 153690063 is despatched since 14 March and I didn’t received anything since then. Nothing. I guess my money is gone..

This was the first time purchasing from Missguided because I need to try everything on & it was a good experience. Only 3 items were too big, very easy when printing out the return label, and getting an refund. I would order again.

I recommend their chat customer service. They are quick to respond and easy to work with. My issues were resolved in 5 minutes max.
