Great customer Service
After waiting 21 days as requested my refund had still not been processed. I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent Sithabile whom helped me to sort my refund out ASAP.

I received help with my order
I received my order, everything is super cute but they accidentally sent me the wrong pants (correct size) - I contacted customer service and Noxolo helped me so fast! They are letting me keep the other pants and sent the correct ones with the "super fast" shipping for free, I'll be getting them in 3 days. Great customer service!

Easy to order & quick to receive. Unfortunately this time outfit did not suit so returned. Used the online chat as had a query and Sithabile solved it in minutes. Great service - would shop there again.

Close to 5 stars if I do get my package…
Close to 5 stars if I do get my package on time but customer service was really helpful. Shout out to Noxolo! I would give her 5 stars. I informed them that I paid for super delivery but my package was still pending and they said it will get to me at 4/22 but I told her I really need it for 4/20 so she said she will inform them to deliver on 4/20 and I appreciate her for the urgency.
