Mifo UK customer service is quick to respond and very helpful with me. They made the entire process smooth and easy & exceeding my expectations. I am very thankful to the Haarrison who help me to choose the amazing products.

I bought these ear pods in October this year. They failed within 10days, I informed the company but they took some time to give me a return address! They acknowledged receipt but said they would only refund 80% of the money as they charged a 20% re-stocking fee? I informed them of the distance selling regulation in the UK and that they could not charge a re-stocking fee, in any event you cannot re-stock a failed item. I was ignored. I have to go to my credit card provider who eventually managed to credit my account for the full amount, in all it took 3 months! This company is arrogant, do not deal with them, there are much better products sold by much more reputable organisations.

I was looking for a portable Bluetooth with the waterproof. The high performance speaker is absolutely quite amazing. They are durable and easy to transport. The connection is a very reliable.

After trying several different brands of wireless earbuds I finally decided to give Mifo. I'm with my decision its greatly in performance and a very comfortable. Mifo O5 with a variety of ear tips to help create the perfect fit. They make my day very ideal.

If there was a zero star option it would be that.
Terrible headphones, laggy Bluetooth, ill fitting and stopped and started at their own will. Awful for training with.
Customer service is non existent, when trying to return them.
Avoid at all costs.

They sell very questionable quality products and their return policies are not online friendly.

Plus, their support does not even respond when I request a refund. I don't even know how or where to return.

Steer well clear!!
3-5 day delivery is an absolute lie…..still waiting after 17 days, with no reply from their ‘ customer services’.

Shocking company DO NOT buy from them!
I bought headphones from this company for my daughter 16th birthday, she was super excited to be getting them, however that lost its sheen very quickly. Almost instantly one headphone stopped working, we contacted them in October to either replace (at this point I was happy with a replacement but not any longer because of the the absolutely shocking customer service!!) or refund. I am still waiting!!!! They take forever to answer you and also go back on there word! After confirming my order I was told I would receive a replacement, I waited ages for nothing to arrive, I contacted them again only to be told that I had to send them old product back at my expense! I advised I was happy to send the product back but not at my expense since then, I have given up on a replacement as after several emails they still said well send it back and we will replace the product and see if management will cover the cost, they had weeks to sort that out, but didn't. I have asked for a refund for weeks now to be met with silence on there end, the last correspondence from them was on the 26th of November and I have sent a number of emails since that date asking for a response, today is the 18th of December! This is effectively theft of my money and my daughter's 16th birthday present that she hasn't been able to use. Believe the reviews about this company and how they deal with people they are true and I wish I had. Terrible company DO NOT buy from them!!!

I ordered the Mifo Earbuds after hearing great things from a friend. The sound is very clear and they stay in place no matter what I'm doing. I'm really impressed with their performance.

Ordered with priority delivery, after 2 weeks no ear buds no customer support, no way to contact MIFO for information. Having to go through my bank to get a refund.

I ordered the Mifo O4 Wireless Earbuds after my friend told me about them and they did not disappoint! The battery life is impressive and the sound quality is top. I love using them during my workouts.

It was apparent that my new earbuds were defective on the first day that I tried them. I immediately tried to contact the company but this is impossible. The email address that they tell you to use is a ‘no reply’ email address. There website states to utilise the chat button at the bottom of the page but there is no chat button!! Reverted to trying to find a route on the web and found a support email address and have tried on numerous occasions to contact them without response. I have had to go back to my credit card supplier for support. I would not use this company.
