DO NOT BUY have to replace my mifo earbuds multiple times since buying them. (I have bought 2 pairs in 3 years) Then I decided to do a warranty for the last pair and they haven’t responded in 8 months, this has been going on since 2024. They sent an email in February asking if I wanted to proceed with my replacement?
Of course I do. And no response since. Terrible customer service and a terrible product

Really pleased with them. The fit is secure, the sound is crisp, and battery lasts ages compared with my old pair.

I have been using these while working from home and on quick walks out for a coffee. They are comfortable, tidy-looking, and dependable. A bit more bass would suit my taste better, but that is personal preference more than a real fault.

From ordering to actual use, the whole experience felt smooth. The website was easy to browse, delivery was prompt, and once they arrived, Mifo turned out be comfortable and practical. That is all I really wanted.

I would strongly advise people to avoid buying from Mifo.

My earbuds stopped working after only 3 months of normal use, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price. I contacted customer service expecting the issue to be resolved under warranty, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Customer service has been poor throughout. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and despite the earbuds failing so quickly, I have still not received a refund. Instead of resolving the problem fairly, I have been left chasing for a solution for months.

A product is only as good as the company that stands behind it, and unfortunately Mifo has completely let me down. Based on both the poor quality of the earbuds and the terrible after-sales support, I would not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

My thoughts are balanced. The earbuds do what they say on the tin and the setup was quick enough, but they did not blow me away on sound quality. Still, for calls and day-to-day listening, they are perfectly fine.

Proper little workhorse. I use them most days and they have helped up very well. No complaints.

The product was only of average quality at best, but the biggest issue was the customer service. As many other reviewers have mentioned, communication is terrible. Messages were largely ignored, and there was little effort to resolve the problems I experienced.

After returning a faulty item at my own expense, I was promised a replacement, which still has not been received despite significant delays and very poor communication throughout the process.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating. Dont buy this brand at any cost as you will lose your money with no recourse. Truly terrible

Quite impressed really. The sound is clean, the battery performance is solid, and the case slips into a small bag with no bother. I would gladly recommend them, though I think the instructions could be a touch clearer for first-time users.

Decent product, decent service, decent sound. Nothing terrible at all, but nothing that made me go wow either. Best suited to casual use in my opinion.

I bought Mifo for gym use and it has been a very good buy. They stay in place while moving about, the audio remains stable, and they do not feel bulky. Nice to have something that simply works without a fuss.

I like the overall design and the earbuds sit securely once you find the right tips. They are very handy for calls and everyday listening. Only reason this is not five stars is because I had to experiment a bit with the fit at the start.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced, the e mail address provided for contact does not exist, all e mails are returned undeliverable.
Then, two weeks after i ordered and paid they e mail me to say the order has been cancelled.
I still have not been refunded three weeks later

Spot on. Easy pairing, comfortable fit, and the case feels tougher than the usual flimsy plastic ones. Very happy with them.

When I used these on my commute, they were perfectly serviceable. Speech comes through nicely and podcasts sound clear. Music was acceptable, through I prefer a bit more punch in the low end.

Mifo surprised me, if I am honest. I expected something decent enough for daily use, but the fit daily use, but the fit and battery life were better than expected. I took them on a weekend away and barely needed to think about charging.

I have had a pair of Mifo earbuds for about 3 years and they have been a great in terms of sound but not good in terms of microphones for calls. I have the ones in a metal case and am so pleased I am ordereing some new ones (apparently with a better microphone) after losing one of the buds. Admitedly I have not had to contact Mifo so don't know what the customer service is like.

I usually do not write reviews, but the experience with Mifo has been such an extraordinary ordeal that I am writing one now. I ordered the Mifo 05 in January this year. When they arrived, the right earbud did not charge and hence I immediately started the return process. I was met with a complete non-response both through their website and via email. After repeated messages, I only received a response after threatening to report them to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. After many more messages from my end, I eventually received a return address and confirmation that the items have been received. However, I have still not received a refund. I have now had to raise a dispute through my bank and have reported them to ACCC. I would NEVER buy with them again and hope they get shut down.

Bought a pair of mifo 5 gen 3. They often do not pair, so only one works at a time and they also frequently loose bluetooth with my cell. When I put them in the case to charge the right one does not charge most of the time. I have to giggle it in place and hope the contacts will hold.

Contacted mifo many times for a replacement and they copy paste an answer about trying this and that which never works. When I finally had enough and asked for a refund they simply stopped responding.

I advise not to buy their products.
