The additional "gift-wrapping" was a nice touch - especially being sealed with wax.

Staff very welcoming, polite and attentive. Dealt with my requirements immediately. I was very pleased with my ring resizing and the cleaning of my ring. I am delighted I can wear it again and see it sparkling on my finger. Iwould definitely recommend this jewellers.

We had a lovely experience buying our wedding bands here. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely looked after rather than rushed or upsold. The guidance from Neil was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and we were given the space to ask questions and take our time deciding what felt right for us.
It’s such a meaningful purchase and the care and attention made the whole process feel calm and special. We left feeling confident in our choices and really happy with our rings. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for wedding jewellery and personal, honest service.

Very expensive! Avoid!
My Husband attended your Northampton Gold Street store in order to get batteries for my 2 tag watches. I also asked for two links to be added back into the watch straps. I already have the existing links. My Husband was charged £40 for putting the two links back into the watch straps. I wasn’t expecting this for nothing but £40 for two seconds work is extortionate. I will not be using this store again.
