Bespoke Ring with great results
Dawn has been a pleasure to work with from Sales over the last 3 months. With her help and Matts teams ability to make Jacs wishes happen in the physical ring the whole process has been pain free. Communication has been good throughout and did actually highlight a potential issue with her actual engagement which was fixed within the whole project.
We would recommend MJJ without hesitation and encourage those that look through the window looking for the perfect ring to go through the door and have the conversation to get exactly what they desire from your jewellers.
We will be back no doubt..

These guys really go the extra mile. Small things really go a long way to make a customer feel special, no matter the price point. I recently purchased my first Rolex from Michael Jones Jeweller in Northampton, and I have to say the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Christopher looked after me throughout the whole process — he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel relaxed and enjoyable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches really stood out.
As this was my first Rolex, I had plenty of questions, but Christopher took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I found the perfect piece. I honestly haven’t taken it off since!
Huge thanks to Christopher and the whole team at Michael Jones Jeweller for making the experience so special. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough..

Amazing knowledge and service.
Since I first came in to the store and bought anything, I have been very well looked after by both Sam and Robert. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and discuss things before any purchases including when I also needed a watch servicing.
