Great service would use them again
I lost an earring on holiday that matched a necklace I bought in Chester. I found these guys had a pair on the web site. There method of shipping was secure and the way they packaged the goods was excellent.

Having received some very poor service from a well known online watch company I found Michael Jones Jeweller. Fantastic service, good prices and very friendly staff. Every effort was made to ensure that I knew what was happening and any issues dealt with immediately without chasing etc. Highly recommend and I hope to return when I buy another watch. My son and I had a lovely experience at Michael Jones in Gold Street and were looked after by Luke on both occasions. We didn't feel rushed at all and as a high end retailer the experience didn't disappoint. Luke ensured that we felt looked after and gave good advice.
