Great company! From start to finish these guys were brilliant. Laura communicated so efficiently with us and Andy and the guys worked so hard. We are very happy with our kitchen and conservatory the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. 😀

I am delighted with all the work Laura, Andy and all the Mel Team have done for us. They have created a kitchen that I am very happy with.

Can't recommend MEL Developments enough. Superb job from start to finish, Andy and his team have finished our single storey wrap around extension to a very high standard.
Nothing has been too much trouble and Andy has helped advise us on our choices throughout.

cannot recommend this company as despite there being some good quality work we have had lots of problems with leaks, leaks from our sink, leaks in the ceiling which have damaged paintwork and a leaking stop tap which has damaged our floor which we have only recently discovered.

Mel Developments recently completed a full office refurbishment for us and they have done a fantastic job! They've been very professional from start to finish and the works have been completed to a high standard. I highly recommend...

Really professional from initial visit and quotation all the way through to signing off the works. Andy, Laura and their team of contractors have done an amazing job in replacing the extension roof, correcting other builders' shoddy workmanship and helping us with our building regs. Excellent work, really great guys and would 100% recommend.

Absolutely brilliant job done on loft conversion by Andy,,Laura and there team....1st class work and also a little advice from Andy at the beginning of the conversion which we took on board and made the end product even more satisfying......highly recommend......

Complete kitchen refurb including changes to the existing window and extending of the rear patio door. Really delighted with the end result. Andy and his team really made sure everything kept on track and that I was happy with the work every step of the way. Laura made sure everything went smoothly her clear communications meant nothing was left to chance. Would highly recommend for any project.

MEL Developments Yorkshire Ltd installed a kitchen for us. From the first interactions I was very impressed. I appreciated the prompt and helpful communication as other joiners wouldn’t even answer messages! All of the staff were fantastic, making us feel at ease with the planning, as we had never done a project like this before. The work was carried out to time and any little unexpected hiccups were resolved without a hitch! I would recommend MEL Developments without hesitation and happily use them for future projects.
