Wow just wow don’t think we could ever thank Vikki, Linzi & the whole of 5th avenue team enough helping us sell our family home, from the coming soon video to offers that were well beyond our expectations all within a week. The team at 5th avenue were amazing throughout. I was selling my first home through 5th Avenue and they made whole process easy from start to finish - explained everything I needed and I felt like we built really good rapport with them, especially Linzi who we had largely worked alongside. When it came to the final acceptance of the offer, Vicki was fab - gave great advice and helped us get more than welcome had expected for our home.
Overall, id highly recommend 5th Avenue as an estate agent.

We honestly couldn’t recommend 5th Avenue Homes highly enough. From start to finish, they have been absolutely brilliant.
Vikki, Linzi and Orla were absolutely fabulous, they have a great work ethic.
Unfortunately, our sale fell through not once, not twice, but three times, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, (due to buyers) However, throughout all of it, the team never gave up on us. They remained positive, supportive and determined to help us get there.
Communication was excellent at all times — they kept us fully informed every step of the way, always kept us updated on what was happening and were there whenever we needed advice or reassurance.

when you select someone to provide a service it can always be daunting. within a short time of meeting vikki and the team I knew 5th avenue is who I would entrust to sell my property. the whole experiences has been smooth and its exceeded my expectations. From home valuation to sending the msg we are now ready to list the house on the market, vikki and the team kept me right and set a clear plan out for me. the house went up on Friday and was sold by the tuesday. I was impressed with the level of communication every enquiry or viewing we were notified of right away. advice was giving throughout offers and we accepted an offer over home report. Thank you vikki and all the team that made this experience a positive one. Taking a look at previous reviews, I really have to agree with all that has been said. Seamless service, friendly, honest communication, with a personal touch. I dealt mostly with Vikki and Linzi but could see that excellent teamwork was going on behind the scenes to ensure that the viewings and feedback was promptly organised or given. I’m a happy seller and they came personally recommended to me. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

After purchasing our new home with 5th Avenue we knew after meeting Vicky for the first time that Vicky, Linzi and team were the girls to sell our current house!
In comparison to previous ‘well known’ agents the communication with 5th was seamless with frequent updates from the girls in addition to their wider team.
Within 48hrs of having our home valued and the girls arranging our home report (so helpful) we were live across social media and right move - attracting so much attention!
