Track Capital is a great company with the friendliest staff when you are throwing money at them. The moment I backed out of a deal because I discovered the project was overpriced, they suddenly could not be reached. Even the lawyer from Carbon Law Partners no longer replied to my emails.
To cap it all, Harry Francombe blatantly lied to me about market prices to get me to sign. It was a very disappointing experience.
