Megan Baker Recensioni

Great communication throughout and very professional,Thanks in particular to Grace and initially Jenny from the block as she directed me th Megan Baker after i explained how dissatisfied i was with our previous agent.

I have purchased two properties through Megan Baker estate agents over the years. The team are very professional, no nonsense and very honest. From viewing to completion took six weeks. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from viewing to closing! Great communication and efficiency!

The best estate agent by far. Nothing to much trouble. Best service in advertising, arranging viewings which in Covid are not easy, and are always there to answer queries

The staff provided an excellent service with good communications. This was my first house sell so they guided me through everything with ease. Always helpful and willing to give information when I asked. Thank you all

Meghan Baker acted for the seller on a purchase I’ve just made. They were a delight to deal with and made sure the transaction went smoothly. Very impressed with their entire team

Megan Baker's team were great throughout our whole selling process. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, they always went the extra mile to help and advise us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. If we move house again, we will go straight to Megan Baker first.

Absolutely brilliant service, I honestly couldn’t fault it. I was kept so well informed throughout the whole process and had such a lovely positive congratulations at the end of it to round it all off!

Great support from the team at MB for getting this chain through! Thank you

A fantastic service and team-you have all been amazing! Thank you so much!

Happy to report a very good experience. All the team are friendly, personable and positive, and helped navigate me through the process of buying my house. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. This just wasn't true in my case. Megan & her team were exceptionally helpful and always available to answer questions. Many thanks to them & happy to recommend them.

We have had excellent service from Megan Baker. They kept us updated and chased up solicitors, buyers and sellers where necessary. Would definitely recommend them and can’t thank them enough for all they have done.

We were very pleased with the service we had from Megan and her team. We had to sell our father's flat which wasn't easy as we live on the mainland but Grace looked after us every step of the way.

The friendly and efficient team at Megan Baker guided the sale process without fuss throughout. Having used many other agents over the years the Megan Baker team were without doubt the best I have encountered and I would warmly recommend them to all.

Great service. Good communication. Efficient in the current circumstances.

The whole team at Megan Baker Estate agents have been exceptional throughout the purchase of my new house. The standard of communication and timely instruction is second to none, answering questions promptly and courteously. A first class performance deserving of my heartfelt thanks to Megan, Anne and the team.

Megan, Anne and Grace all went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of them, providing an excellent service despite the current difficulties. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving is stressful but, with Megan Baker, you're safe in the knowledge that everything that can be done is being done without your having to chase or remind them. I wholeheartedly recommend them: very nice people who are totally committed to what they do and do it extremely well.

I would highly recommend Megan Baker Estate Agents. They were selling the house I have just purchased and have been very helpful and pro active throughout the entire process.

Highly professional from start to finish. Competent and well organised and good communicators. They seemed to care about the individuals involved as well as the business side. Their performance far exceeded that of other estate agents with whom we came into contact thoughtout looking for a new home and selling our current one. We highly recommend using Megan Baker Estate Agents.
