A personal approach to selling houses
House moving is always a stressful experience, and this one was no exception! However, Mockford and Hunt ensured that the process was seen through to the end, from receiving an offer before we even got to market. They are very good with communication, and the WhatsApp group meant that any questions were dealt with quickly, and we knew what was happening every step of the way. Working with a smaller local business was really good, as we felt like we got a more personal service than we would from a national company. A huge thanks to Tim and Frances for getting us through it!

Why Can't All Agents be like Tim & Frances?
I made the mistake of initially using another agent when I was selling my house. I then moved over to Mockford & Hunt and what a difference that made. Tim and Frances were absolutely fantastic. They were really proactive and always on hand if I needed anything. Even after they had found me a buyer, they were still in contact and helped me get everything sorted. I also loved the WhatsApp group idea, meaning everyone could see what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mockford & Hunt to anyone and I have already been doing do. Thank you Tim & Frances!

Amazing first time buyer’s experience 👍🏼
Mockford and Hunt was without a doubt the best estate agents, comparably much more welcoming, patient and understanding than most. Especially as first time buyers, Frances and Tim were both so informative, proactive and supportive from the first contact.
Frances especially handled our case with professionalism but never pressured us for anything. She was understanding of our situation and made sure to let us know every detail so that nothing was missed.
We felt like we could openly trust Frances and go to her with any queries without feeling silly.
She has made the process for us, as first time buyers, so smooth, simple and overall a wonderful experience. It would not be the same without!
Tim was so kind and made sure that we safely received the keys along with a sweet care package from themselves! So thoughtful and you can tell the process is more than just a job for them. Perfect team
We had a really great experience with Tim and Frances from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had.
One thing that really stood out was the WhatsApp group they created for everyone involved in the process — it made communication so much easier and kept everything moving smoothly with quick updates and responses throughout.
Buying a house can be stressful, but they made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely keeps you informed and supported.

Incredible from start to finish

I highly recommend the services of Tim and Frances. Although it is a small agency, it is extremely professional.
Selling our home with them was a great experience. Communication was excellent, especially through our WhatsApp group, where we received responses to our questions within minutes.
Nothing was ever a problem for them, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire sales process.

Attentive and helpful

Brilliant experience with Mockford and Hunt
We just completed on our sale and purchase today and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tim was great from the first valuation meeting through until completion on our sale. Mockford and Hunt are very efficient and very easy to contact. We were on the market only 13 days before accepting our offer and then to completion was just 4 months. Would definitely use Mockford and Hunt again in the future.

Buyer review
As a buyer, it was refreshing to come across an estate agents that were keen to set up viewings and had accurate adverts and pictures. They went the extra mile to arrange a viewing and were knowledgable about the house and area. A WhatsApp group was also set up which made contact so easy. I’d highly recommend!

Professional and Caring Estate Agents
Tim and Frances both had to be involved during our sale and they were outstanding, both professional and empathic. Tim also gave us support and advice on our purchase which was invaluable. I cannot recommend Tim and Frances highly enough, from start to finish they have been professional, excellent communicators and overall honest, we had a few difficult scenarios that we’re dealt with by them efficiently and effectively. If you are moving to and from the Ashford and surrounding area these are the estate agents you need to use.

Gem of an Estate Agents
I can not thank Tim and Frances enough for the professionalism and help for the purchase of our new home.
This has been a long and drawn out process but through it all these two gems have helped/supported and gone above and beyond, often doing other peoples work of chasing and offering the solution to the problem that really was not theirs to sort.
We have been guided by Frances and Tim every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble.
Every call/message/email was answered in a timely manner which is second to none when you are purchasing a house.
A Whatsapp group between us all was set up from day one, communication was never a problem.
Mockford and Hunt are a gem of an estate agents that go that extra mile and this really makes them stand out from the crowd.
Thank you again for the outstanding service, we could not have done it without you both.
