The team at Megan Baker were amazing from start to finish of purchasing our first property.

They were always on hand to answer any and all questions, and communicated really well with me and my wife through every step of the process, keeping us in the loop with every step taken.

The team are fantastic in every way. They're driven, approachable, and genuinely interested in what you are trying to achieve with a personal touch.They go out of their way to get the job done and keep you informed throughout whilst helping to make what is a stressful time a little easier. From start to finish they were impeccable.

Through out the conveyancing the team were excellent at chasing the chain and keeping me up to date with progress. I was always amazed when I called the office how up to date the whole team were on the progress of my sale.

I required a valuation of our property for personnel reasons, which were explained to Megan prior to her visit. When she arrived she was well prepared, gave her time even though she was aware we had no intention of selling. Megan explained things to me, asked questions and took information down. Over the years i have dealt with estate agents and have never been that impressed. Megan I felt was honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and interested in what I had to say. I would have no hesitation in giving her my property to sell if necessary in the future.
