Excellent service. Perfectly sized replacement for patio table top. Very good communication. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a piece of bespoke glass - made payment 8 days ago and requested delivery timescale estimate. Have heard nothing back.
Will amend review once I have some clarity on when/if my order will be delivered.

Ended up going to small claims and then got a mail from ‘John’ asking why I had done that! Maybe ‘John’ if you actually had some customer service I wouldn’t have needed to.
Interesting that today I received an email - some 8 months after this review - saying ‘me and my glass’ wanted more information so they could ‘verify my review’!!!
There are some 5 star reviews - to those people you are very fortunate. Honestly I beg anyone thinking of ordering to read the rest and save yourself the hassle

Easy to navigate website and able to find the exact replacement glass needed for patio set trashed in storm. It also arrived much quicker than indicated.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Happy to take your money and then you never hear from them again.

Glass delivered but packaging is broken and glass film is badly scratched. Despite emailing twice asking to resolve, no response after 5 days

Ordered a large bespoke piece of glass for an outdoor table. I had quotes from various places and these were the cheapest. Friendly customer service from John who kept me informed of the progress after ordering. A fair time scale on delivery and the measurements were perfect. Highly recommend.

I ordered 4 glass radiator covers in November. 3 are the wrong size and the metal rails to hang these when it got hot glue melted and fell apart. Still arguing over collection and refund. The customer service stinks

Would give zero stars if I could. The company does not respond to requests for updates for information on their own website, and does not answer the phone either by landline or mobile. It would take two minutes of their time to respond, but they obviously can’t be bothered, leaving the customer uncertain. Many other reviews give a similar experience. I ended up using another provider and their product and customer service were both much better and I will be leaving them a 5-star review - use them and forget meandmyglass, they’re useless.

They are terrible communicators - after weeks of trying to get in touch - the glass, which is perfect, arrived out of the blue!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company

I ordered a glass tabletop from this company four to five months ago, and the entire process has been a nightmare. Despite providing the correct measurements, the tabletop arrived in the wrong size and color. After reporting the issue, I was told it would be replaced, but this never happened.

At first, they responded to emails and asked me to double-check the details, but after a while, they stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is shocking—absolutely no accountability or professionalism.

It’s clear they are not manufacturers but likely just reselling products with no quality control. The time and energy I’ve spent trying to resolve this have been wasted. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards because their practices feel like a scam.

Save yourself the headache—stay far away from this company.

What an amazing service!! I wanted to surprise my partner for Christmas with a bespoke personalised light up glass piece. John was extremely helpful through every step of the way right up to delivery of the piece. I can not thank Me and My Glass enough for their support throughout the project. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Still waiting 1 month on for our log burner glass just when needed !!l After multiple calls, emails,requests for call backs our order seems to have been Totally ignored.

Great service and a good range of products.
I gave 4 stars only because the standard size of glass offered was slightly oversize and therefore did not fit (I used a diamond tile blade in an angle grinder to trim two of the panes by 1.5mm and all was well). The original panes were all cut slightly under the nominal size by the looks of it.
I accept this is an old appliance, so would not expect the company to know all the ins and outs of every stove ever made! Also, had I known, I sure I could have specified custom sizes.

Brilliant company from start to finish , really helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell .
Really happy with my purchase and I won't hesitate to use this company again and will recommend them in the future.

Easy to place an order and delivery was great. No issues with the glass and it looks as good as new.

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered a glass splash back in September 2024 and after delays and confusion on their part with the measurements they used FedEx to deliver the product. Upon transit Fedex smashed the glass splash back. By that point I was so fed up and requested my money back which I have received by my card company.
I then receive the splash back without any communication that another one will be sent and John sends me an email to cancel the payment dispute! No chance as I have already purchased another one with a reputable company.
This company is awful with their customer service, you send an email and they don’t get back to you after a week or two!
Do not recommend.
