I wanted a bespoke size shower glass screen and liked the glass sample ME and My Glass sent me. I contacted the company and said I wanted a shower screen with brushed brass edging, did they do this they said yes so I ordered 2040 x 1200 size, the height just being slightly higher than the normal size. John said they had 3 finishes so sent me samples of the brushed brass edging, I picked one and then ordered. What arrived was a piece of glass with no brushed brass edging, I phoned and spoke to John who said OH DIDN'T I TELL YOU THE BRUSHED BRASS EDGING
IS SENT SEPARATELY, in fact it was sent by a different company. The bathroom fitter said he had never seen anything like it in 20 years, this edging has to be factory fitted, it cannot be put on and look any good. Also the glass panel is bowed.
I would never have ordered if I had known a complete shower screen would not be delivered. Me and My Glass Ltd are now refusing to give a refund, so very unethical business practice.

I ordered a replacement glass table top after ours was smashed in the winter - very easy to order and the replacement table top arrived a few weeks later. Easy delivery and well packaged.

Ordered over two weeks ago no communication from the company, still not received order but they have taken my money

Zero communication.
Doesnt answer the phone.
Left a message for a call back and heard nothing back from them.
I ordered two toughened glass for a garden fish tank and the builders are waiting over 4 weeks. Its under 1m2 so it should have been here at the latest. I used their online form but no response, called them no response and emailed To: info@ the rest as trustpilot doesnt allow email addresses here... and no response. Feels like a scam company.

Very disappointing experience with Me and My Glass. I placed an order for a small piece of glass on 1 July and was told delivery would take 2–3 days. After waiting two weeks, the glass still had not arrived, and I was then asked to pay an additional £20 for delivery.

The communication and service have been very poor, and the delivery time was nowhere near what was promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Don't buy. They sent me the completely wrong order and will not respond to emails or calls. Going to trading standards as this is disgusting service. Clearly have no intention of resolving this.

They duplicated the order and I'm now left with an additional table top to get rid of.

Delivery driver left the order by the door so no chance to refuse the delivery. After contacting them via email and their online contact form, hoping to send the delivery back, it took 1 month for them to reply.

Their phone number may as well not exist, attempted to call 11 times an no answer.

The reply when I got one via email just said to smash the glass and put it in the bin.

Excellent service, on time and glass was perfect

I purchased a shower glass from me and my glass and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.

First, the glass took an unreasonably long time to arrive. When it finally did, the trims and support bar were missing — and I had to wait a further TWO WEEKS for those to be delivered separately. Completely unacceptable.

The communication has been an absolute disaster. I called 134 times and only managed to speak to someone — a gentleman called John — on a single occasion. He gave reassurances, but after that one call, every attempt to follow up was met with total failure. No callbacks, no answers, nothing.

To top it all off, the fitting and trims I paid for are virtually useless, and the support bar for the glass is too small to even fit properly. I have paid for a service and product that simply does not work.

I am angry, disappointed, and feel completely let down. Please think very carefully before purchasing from this company— empty promises and poor aftercare seem to be the order of the day here.

It takes a while but you can see why from the explanation on the website. The glass arrived well packaged and was what we ordered!

Order was received within a few days. Customer service was prompt and very helpful with my queries. Item (stove glass) was securely packaged and well protected. Now I just have to fit it!

Measured glass completed request on line and correct glass delivered and in place.

Was able to replace the glass top on my garden table. Very good quality glass and a good match for existing. Arrived well protected. Good job!

This is the first time that I have used this company and have been so impressed with every aspect of the customer journey. Easy process to order two pieces of custom made glass for bedroom furniture. So pleased with the quality of goods, safe arrival of items and communication. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

So pleased I discovered Me & My Glass. Very good customer service, prompt communication. John was incredibly helpful with assisting on correct measurements and ordering my custom glass table top. Yes there was a 2 week waiting time for delivery, but they do make this clear when purchasing so you know where you stand. Safely packaged.

I placed an order with this company in February. The item failed to materialise, despite being given assurances that it had been posted. I chased it up and was again assured it was in the post, but still no delivery. Following this, I have now requested a refund - this followed the same pattern in that I was told it had been made, but it has not. I'm about to chase yet again, but not very hopeful. I would advise against using this company.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this company. I had a great experience with them.

I ordered a customer cut piece of ceramic glass for a pizza oven. Order process was straightforward, got a confirmation email shortly after, had a call from the director of the company to discuss a good delivery date for us. Item arrived when stated it would and was of good quality. Don't trust the bad reviews!!

Overall, good service from this company; when emailing them with inquiries, they generally respond within 24 hours. The glass is what I wanted to replace the piece I smashed on my rattan outdoor table, which would have cost me less than replacing the whole garden set. It did take longer than initially thought to be produced and dispatched to me. However, despite the longer wait of approx 3 weeks from order, it was worth it.

As others have said, very poor communication. Give. Timeframe of 2-4 weeks, but took 6 weeks. Had to chase and chase. Promise made and never arrived till another chase. If you don't want the headache go elsewhere
