John provided the new made to measure tiles in good time and excellent quality.

I first contacted Me & My Glass way back on the 10th April 2025. I paid for delivery of two samples which I never received, as they said they did not have the colour and would I like a different colour. I said no as I was trying to match a specific colour (why would I want a different colour). Foolishly I ordered the glass after speaking to John the owner on the 14th April, I gave clear instructions on the measurements. I sent him drawings on the 14th April as he asked, and paid for the glass. I waited a few weeks, as it says two weeks before delivery. I messaged again 20th May, no reply for days. John replied and said he would send me drawings, which never arrived. I had to remind him again. 26 May he send me drawings which were incorrect and did not match what I had sent him on two previous occasions. I told him they were incorrect, and again sent the drawings and measurements which I had originally sent him. By this time I had enough and asked to return my money, including the money for the samples that still had not been refunded. 31st May I informed John of Me and My Glass will now be taking this to court if my money was not returned. He replied on the 2nd June saying I agreed to the drawings on the 26 May, (which I had not as they were wrong). And the glass was now in production. This company is a joke and run my either someone is extremely incompetent or a total scammer. Do not purchase from this company.

Updated 9th June: I finally got a response from John the owner after making a complaint to companies house, trading standards, his accountant and filling a county court judgement. It is my opinion had I not done this including finding his home address I would not have had my money returned. There was no apology or explanation to the poor service. Looking at the reviews, is he scamming people, or committing fraud? He is certainly taking money for goods which people are not receiving and not returning it. There is no manufacturing going on at this company, he is a middle man who gets orders and maybe passes them on to a company (probably outside the UK).

Perfect product that no one else seemed to be able to make. It did take a few weeks longer than I was expecting and comms weren’t always amazing so there were times I was worried I’d never get my mirror, but we got there in the end.

Great product and reasonably priced, exactly what we were looking for, highly recommended 👍

I ordered samples of different glass from this company on the 28th April, their website said they would arrive in 5-7 working days.

The samples turned up on the 12th May, no delivery note and missing one of the samples, I emailed them immediately and received no reply. The next day I tried to phone them, they ask that you leave a message as they're too busy to answer phone calls. I left a message and never received the call back.

I finally went through their online contact system again on 16th May (any attempt at contacting them bounces back with "our current response time is 1-3 working days". In my contact, I asked them to either post out the remaining sample as an express delivery at their cost, or refund me my money.

They responded on 19th May saying the glass isn't in stock and advising they can refund the sample, I acknowledged their email on 21st May and asked them to arrange the refund. They've responded today 26th May saying it will take 5-10 business days to get sorted.

I wish I'd avoided this company and I'm grateful I only ordered samples through them, as I had planned to spend a lot more money ordering large panels.

Reading through the 1 star reviews, they replicate the extremely poor level of customer service I have received from this company. I just wish I read through more of the reviews before ordering.
I ordered a bespoke glass hearth, no order confirmation, no invoice, no response on the phone or via email.
Six weeks later the hearth turned up and it was packaged well and the correct size etc. I am assuming it was from this company, as there was no despatch note or information to say where it came from. We have now ended up with two hearths, as I never thought it would arrive, and I raised a dispute with my bank. How on earth they are receiving 5 star reviews, I have no idea. Possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with!

Ordered custom size splashback, told 4-6 weeks, came in 6th week, well packaged, exact dimensions. I emailed at beginning of 6th week as I received the fixing for the splashback and got a reply next day. Very happy with service

Needed to replace glass table top for garden furniture. Easy to order, arrived within the time frame and is perfect.
The courier used didnt seem to know what they were doing (originally called to pick up from me!) but no complaints with Me & My Glass!

Ordered glass over 4 weeks ago- no sign- said they sent it - no tracking info - not responding to my emails

Got my order for coloured radiator cover and I'm delighted with it. Maybe took a little while for delivery but it does tell you when ordering how long it will take. I would order more radiator covers in future.

Probably, this is a fake company, and they are scamming people. Or bankrupted. I ordered two paid glass samples, and it’s been ages, and nothing has arrived. I sent e-mails and called many times. I received a follow-up email asking for feedback on how they did with the samples, which was an absolute joke. Avoid paying them for any samples or products.
Edit: I received a call from the company, and they promised a refund. The refund is not done. I followed up with two emails, but nothing has changed. I strictly recommend avoiding this company.

2 weeks from order and no update on delivery, impossible to get hold of - has all the hallmarks of a scam company.

The customer service is non-existent. I placed an order for some samples and am still waiting (told 3 -5 working days) now been 3 weeks.
They will not accept calls and have not responded to my emails.
DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Have been waiting for six weeks for my order, but still not received it. Have chased via email and phone, and still no glass. Have requested a refund, which I was promised, but have not received it either. Dreadful company. Avoid if I were you.

Very Disappointing customer service - ordered & paid for a colour sample of reeded glass for a kitchen splashback in February.
Since tried to contact by phone, email & thru company website with one belated response - now asked for refund and looking for a reliable company.
