Good communication from the start with advice... Sample helped us to decide, packaged very well for delivery and very easy to adhere to wall and cut exactly to size. Suggestions - deduct the cost of the sample from the order (just adjust prices to account but looks good) and dot the back of the splash back for glue locations... small 'extras' that will cost pennies but gives that extra wow factor. But overall very good

My first purchase from The Online Glass company and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a custom fit glass splashback. The communication was second to none they sent a visual on how it would look and I changed my mind from my first choice. They were extremely understanding and sent me more ideas. After selecting another one more to my liking it arrived just a few days later well packed etc. It is lovely and only took a few miutes to install. I would highly recommend them.

Grey toughened glass splash back 2 large pieces and one with cut outs . Ok it took less than a month to arrive, not to bad. The company probably husband and wife can only manage 1 email per day if you’re lucky, becomes very frustrating . So eventually they realised I was serious about purchasing some glass and drew up some measurements to confirm. This part was good. They had a courier deal with shipping that does not have tracking but does have the rudest woman on the other end of the line when customer are asking when the packages are arriving. And when they tell you a date it comes on another date so you could be taking a few days off work to accept delivery.

Good packaging , expected! Opened the glass up … 2 large panels .. very dirty and dusty with lots of protective blue dots on glass.

I fitted the glass keeping the blue dots on. Great news glass fits perfectly !

Noticed when I cleaned it a tiny manufacturing defect pin hole.

Told the company . They were NOT interested and never heard from them again. I think they never see the glass . I think they are too small to handle big projects as when it goes wrong they won’t /cant deal with aftermath. Probably ok for small behind hob splash backs but be wary about anything bigger.

Overall I can live with it. But I wouldn’t recommend the same treatment to anyone else .

they could have if they were big enough to use insurance replace the glass. And use a different delivery company. And have a more personal touch with communications .

The website was easy to navigate with a large range of choices. The buying process was simple and the end product is brilliant. The communication from the company throughout was great. I would recommed them to amyone.

From ordering right through to delivery it all went very smoothly. My measurements were not standard so I had to wait a couple of weeks. Just had my gorgeous splash back installed & it was such a good price compared to other companies. Highly recommend
