After a lot of research, I chose Glass Outlet to supply and install the glass splashbacks throughout my kitchen, and I’m very pleased with the finished result.

From my first enquiry through to completion, Mitul was always courteous, responsive and happy to answer my questions. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I always felt that my questions were answered with clarity.

Mario and Stefan carried out the initial installation, and I was impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. They took pride in their work which was reflected in the quality of the installation. Stefan later returned to complete the remaining pieces of the installation as there was an issue with one of the longer pieces of glass not being manufactured correctly which was identified during the first visit, and he did a professional job finishing everything off.

The finished splashbacks have transformed the kitchen. The quality of the glass is excellent, the installation is neat, and the overall appearance is exactly the clean, contemporary look we were aiming for.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glass Outlet to anyone looking for a bespoke glass splashback. Thank you to Mitul, Mario and Stefan for all your help throughout the project.

The guys came recommended from my brother in law and a very good recommendation. They were very professional in manufacturing and install and gave me a great price. I am so pleased with it and it just blends into the kitchen and you can’t even notice it, just the way I wanted it.

Last week I broke a glass shelf, so started to search online for a glass cutting company to get a replacement made. Some of them were asking ridiculous prices for a tiny glass shelf, and the postage costs on top were horrendous.
Then, luckily, I came across Glass Outlet in Harrow, which is not too far from me. Not only could they make the shelf to my exact specifications quickly, I could come and collect it in person so no postage charge!
I collected it today, less than a week after ordering it - very carefully wrapped, and absolutely perfect. And a really, really good price.
Not only that, their customer service is amazing! I got a response to my initial enquiry within an hour, so polite and efficient, and they could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Mitul deserves a special mention for his exemplary customer service.

The UI was easy to use and the resulting product was top class and well priced. It was wrapped well and fit exactly where I wanted it to. I will be using them again.

All my random glass requests were made to perfection (different types/sizes/finishes/holes), good email acknowledgement and correspondence and was ready within the expected time stated, and helped bring them to my car. I don't normally bother reviewing places because time consuming but I feel they deserve one as you never know with some of these things :)
