I don't understand the bad reviews of this company. I had a great experience with them.

I ordered a customer cut piece of ceramic glass for a pizza oven. Order process was straightforward, got a confirmation email shortly after, had a call from the director of the company to discuss a good delivery date for us. Item arrived when stated it would and was of good quality. Don't trust the bad reviews!!

Overall, good service from this company; when emailing them with inquiries, they generally respond within 24 hours. The glass is what I wanted to replace the piece I smashed on my rattan outdoor table, which would have cost me less than replacing the whole garden set. It did take longer than initially thought to be produced and dispatched to me. However, despite the longer wait of approx 3 weeks from order, it was worth it.

As others have said, very poor communication. Give. Timeframe of 2-4 weeks, but took 6 weeks. Had to chase and chase. Promise made and never arrived till another chase. If you don't want the headache go elsewhere

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a refund that I have still not received from a merchant.

On April 24, 2026, I made a purchase on the Me and My Glass official website website. Immediately after completing the purchase, I contacted the seller and requested cancellation of the order. Within approximately 5 minutes, they confirmed in writing that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund.

However, despite their confirmation, more than 20 days have now passed and I have still not received the refund. The merchant has not delivered the product because the order was officially cancelled, but they are also withholding my money. At this point, it appears they have no intention of processing the refund and are only delaying the matter with repeated promises.

I kindly ask the bank to investigate this transaction and assist me in recovering the payment through a chargeback or refund process.

I can provide:

* Proof of purchase
* Email/message confirmation that the order was cancelled
* Communication showing the promised refund

Made exactly what I wanted.
Took a wee while to arrive but they did explain why which was helpful.

This guy seems to be a totally incompetent. We paid for the glass and a few fittings arrived but the glass panels still havent come 6 weeks later! I would avoid this company!

Do not use - these guys took payment and never sent out products. Never answer the phone or response to emails. Scam!!!

Delivery time was as advertised, the products were well packaged, undamaged, great quality and value for money. The screws were accidently missing however, we had superb customer service and able to get through via telephone straight away. John dispatched the screws the same day, and they arrived only a day or two later. We're really pleased with our splashback and matching chopping board and would highly recommend Me and My Glass.

The service was great, very helpful team, and the glass door was amazing

Easy to use website and a very competitive price. Tempered glass for patio table looks great and feels solid. Delivered to schedule, well packaged and is the perfect replacement for the old table top I broke. Thanks.

This company is a scam!
Two months waiting for an order try to cancel it but no answer on the emails.
Worst company to do business with!

Horrendous service don’t be fooled by John. You will not be able to get in touch with him and he will not send your product. Waste of time just trying to get my money back from the bank

I ordered two panes of glass to specific measurements to cover two cabinet tops. The glass was returned to the exact measurements requested and was superbly packaged. The glass itself is high quality and perfect for the cabinets and at a very reasonable price.

Overall the service was excellent and the product itself very high quality. I can highly recommend “Me and My Glass@

I was sent a mirror ( 2 months late in the first place after chasing and threatening them with going to the police) that was „grey“ rather than a normal mirror. I was told, having sent them lots of proof that it has a grey filter on it, that I would be sent a replacement which would be a real mirror finish.
They said „it‘s been sent“. Never received it.
They then offered me a refund and told me multiple times „it‘s been sent to you“. Which it hasn’t.

I just received my refund after stating that if I didnt I would go to the police.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Unable to speak with customer service re delay in receiving product i require, and no response to online form (again time line exceeded) Further, recommended delivery date exceeded....

i placed an order on the 6th of January for a piece of reeded toughened glass. however after a few weeks i received a piece which was not the size i ordered and was not usable.

at this point i contacted them and they said they would send a replacement in the correct size. but after over a month i had not received this new piece, and because this was for a project with a time limitation it was too late.

after chasing them and waiting a long time for replies the new piece had still not arrived so they agreed to cancel my order and refund me. however this was on the 2nd of march and they have still not refunded me even after me chasing them over and over again.

At this point it seems they are just waiting and hoping i forget about it so they can keep my money. I am also reporting them to trading standards. and will keep following this up until i am refunded.

In short this has cost me £212.56 for a piece of glass i have not received.

i have the full email chain to back this all up.

After having made an order, I read through these recent negative reviews and so I was expecting a bad outcome. However I am pleased to say everything about my order was executed properly. Great communication on order status which is always appreciated.

Worst experience, such a time waster.. mislead us into selling a non-hardend glass into hardened.. glad we had double checked and clarified. Worst experience, never answer calls.. impossible to deal with. We had to pay twice to receive a sample glass and take no responsibility for postage. AVOID!

In the words of my bank " you were scammed"

If your experience is money taken, no goods forthcoming, repeated broken promises of delivery and then refunds then please report this company to trading standards.

I have been waiting since November 2025 (more than three months) with the company knowing that I was waiting on Stove Glass for essential heat, over Christmas. I was told it would take a matter of days, via the website and via the telephone. The glass did not arrive. In January I was told I would be issued a refund and that has also not happened. Really disappointing (lack of) service. Now I have to follow a legal route to recover my money and the additional costs from waiting for the glass.
