My son is very happy with his bike it is amazing and has a cool design if I need bike or I know people that do I will 100% recommend you to them thankyou

I didn’t have to wait for the bike it came here the same day I ordered it. I don’t know where their business is located so I might live close to them that’s why it delivered the same day but still not a lot of companies/businesses do that.
The people on a whole were really nice they didn’t try any funny business just really good customer service on a general.

Bought this bike some time ago absolutely amazing quality. Not had any problems with it would really recommend!

I wanted to sell my e-bike. Local cycle shops weren't interested or offered really low prices. I was very impressed with MCRBike's service. We agreed a price via email. Jake arrived at the time he gave me, he was knowledgeable about the bike, the agreed price was paid on the spot by bank transfer. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again should the situation arise and would also recommend him to others.

Spoke to jake from mcrbikes last week viva email responding quickly and effectively no messing about. We soon spoke on the phone not long after and to night I met jake for the first time and what a lovely friendly lad, very knowledgeable to. Would recommend.

I found Mcrbikes on Instagram, and loved their content. Jake from mcrbikes spoke to me and recommended a great budget bike, the Boardman MHT. After discussing it, I believed the bike was right for me. I then purchased the bike off their website and within 3 days of purchase, the bike had arrived at my doorstep. The packaging was superb and customer service was great. Will be back in the future!

Customer service was great. Took my DH bike in for a full service and needed a new crankset on there. I interacted with Jake from Mcrbikes. He was a top guy, very friendly and easy to get along with. He was telling me about the business he has been running since he was 16 and explaining to me about how it is a very big passion of his. Very easy to get along with. He then completed the service within a day of me dropping the bike and it felt like new. Installed the new crank set and the job was done. Would recommend and I will be coming back in the future.

I would highly recommend Jake if you want to sell your bike, emails were responded to quickly and overall top bloke would use again if needed in the future.
