Good price, timely shipping, excellent quality bike.

The item was exactly as required however, the P&P was very expensive for a small package.
Also, there was no update sent relating to delivery so I did think I might have an issue but it did arrive ok.

Vers, very good

Wanted to check stock on a sram cassette £174.99 before placing an order,
Made approximately 4 phone calls None were answered! Then about 1.5 hours later I received a text stating they had been at lunch.
So I replied to the text asking could they confirm they definitely have the part before I place the order. Never received a reply! Tried another 4 phone calls, again none answered.
So not a great shopping experience!
On the brighter side Richardsons Cycle’s
Had the same cassette although at a higher price £197.99. But there website has a price match page so I them the details of the MCR WEBSITE and they came back with an offer to match the price.
All resolved in two texts and one email,
Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again!

One week after order placed and still not dispatched which is disappointing after paying £7.99 delivery for a small item costing £14.95 listed as in stock. No comms. No response to emails on an ETA. Probably wont use again sadly.

Jake was very helpful. I was wanting to purchase an accessory that wasn’t sold by retailers in my country. An internet search returned a few retailers across Europe and the UK. There was no response from the first two retailers to my enquiry but Jake responded. We exchanged emails, the accessory wasn’t in stock but Jake contacted the manufacturer and is getting it sorted for me.

Fabulous customer service.

I suggest don't buy from them!
On March 9. they said the order will be done in 4-5 weeks. After more than EIGHT WEEKS i asked what's up and they took ONE WEEK to reply to my e-mail. Order not done, they say it will be ready for delivery "in the next few weeks." What a disappointment!

Im rewriting this review for MCRbikes as I understand it’s only a small business and is very busy and he got back to me when he could, the reason I gave a low review as the box was open on delivery but this has been recognised by Jake and for that it will be 5 stars but do recommend that the pump to note that it is delivered by an external supplier

First class experience with this company, I’ve have nothing but positive things to say about Jake. From ordering on a Saturday evening to getting told bike was not stocked in colour I wanted on the Monday but they had contacted cube in Holland to acquire the colour for me.
Was then explained bike would be with them weds and they would then despatch next day to me and although it didn’t arrive till Fri I was fully informed.
Any email I sent was always replied to, so I’ve never experienced what a few others have experienced with bad service.
I live down on south coast and something I’d not thought about was if bike hits an issue and having to return it to Manchester but Jake has assured me MCR Bikes will on my behalf take up issue with cube direct and then sort out a shop near me to get bike sorted and any lost money will be repaid to me.
What can you fault in service like that?
In my honest opinion I’d highly recommend these guys if buying new.
I will be back if I need any accessories.

Excellent communication jake couldn't do enough to make the sale seamless highly recommend

Jake is professional, had handle situation well after some third party delivery issue. The tire is great, ready to go for a spin. Will buy from MCR bikes again.
