Jake responded to my emails quickly and thoroughly, when he came to get the bike they was buying from me, Jake was a pleasure to deal with, friendly customer service amd all in all a top lad. Would highly recommend.

Unprofessional service and unreasonable quotes
I contacted them last week regarding 2 bikes I wanted to sell.
They were very unresponsive taking ages to reply after the initial reply. I sent them one chase message and then finally I gave them a call after 3 days of no answer.
I said it would be good to know either way if they were interested or not.
The quote that they sent me felt like they were taking advantage of me. They wanted £600 for the two bikes. One of them was brand new worth £1000 and the other one was in perfect conditions from 2019 worth now around £500.
I replied to negotiate and said that it was very unreasonable and then again no reply from them.
The feedback for them is:
1) Be responsive with your customers if you are and if you are not interested in the offer
2) Be reasonable with your pricing/quotes and don’t try to take advantage of people. Or at least explain your position.
Overall my experience with this company was very disappointing and I hope this feedback encourages them to improve.

Awsome. Got bike Thursday and came over 90 mins to get it. Fast efficient service. Stuck in traffic on way and kept me updated all time on delays. Friendly guy who came. I know nothing about bikes and didn't try to take advantage. Fair fast. Great service

Bought a cube mountain bike today. Jake came out and met me on a sunday in the snow within an hour.
