Ordered two tables, a bench and shelf, very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Customer service from Jade was first rate who dealt with queries promptly and efficiently, all items packaged brilliantly and came with the required amount of screws etc and bespoke sizes made without extra cost. After researching a good few companies I would 100% recommend Masterplank!!!!

I asked masterplank if they could add a pot rack to one of their beautiful shelves and they did their upmost to understand my request. They replied quickly and I felt valued, cannot ask for more in this world of mass production.

I recently purchased four chairs from masterplank, and my experience with both the product and the company's customer service has been highly disappointing.

Firstly, upon delivery, one of the chairs was visibly stained. After raising this issue, I received a meager £20 refund as compensation, which hardly covered the inconvenience of receiving a damaged item.

To make matters worse, within just a few days of normal use, another chair developed a serious defect. The seating area detached, making the chair unsafe and unusable.

When I contacted masterplank’s customer service regarding this significant issue, I was met with an unhelpful response. Instead of offering a replacement or any meaningful solution, I was informed that I would have to bear the cost of returning the defective chair.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect quality products and reasonable support when issues arise.

Overall, my experience with Masterplank has been disappointing and frustrating. I would caution others against purchasing from them, as their products and customer service leave much to be desired

Beware. They don’t publish their low scoring reviews. Recently bought two radiator shelves in black and they were terrible quality when they came. They didn’t use a stain as advertised, it was more of a thickly applied gloss. They were stuck together when they were delivered and after prying them apart it left a sticky, bubbly residue all over them which I couldn’t wash off. There were scratches and dents all over them too.

So glad I found this company! Great service and the product I purchased was perfect and great quality. Will be purchasing more products once our renovation is completed.

The service from masterplank was incredible, we ordered a rustic dining table set with a bench and it was beyond what we expected! The whole process was flawless and was delivered far sooner than expected! The dining table is perfect and I would recommend buying from this company any day!
