The electrician and plumber who atttended our home to sort out the ongoing problem with our shower are excellent tradesmen and a credit to Magna. Excellent

Ex Magna Tenant but due to having my Ex and daughters still in a magna property! I would like to share some experiences that I had faced and what my ex and children still have to go through. In the first property, we faced damp and mould, this destroyed numerous brand new furniture to move into that property with, and multiple new baby items and baby clothing. None of this listed could be saved. The second property had mould and the final home had mould seems like magna love that and cover it up, issues in the last home were reported before we fully moved in yet they never cared enough to fix it bare in mind she was pregnant and we had a baby now they are 3 and 2 yet the issue is still not been resolved, as for the neighbour he had confronted me and mentioned he needed to sleep at a certain time, now tell me why he's up and about slamming things about and deliberately trying to wake my kids up??? My Ex has a disability anti-nmda receptor encephalitis, then our daughter has autism. Whenever i visit my daughters the moment i knock on the door he slams the window to make it known. You've got so much evidence yet your neglecting a tenant. This individual who has this sent to her ought to be sacked for this as she doesn't care what so ever.

As for my time living in this home i witnessed the countless times an email was sent and cleary was ignored because as we can still see the issue is still there. The door is taped up and having it be a one of the two fire exits this should have been sorted long ago. Also to mention when living there I would also hear the many times walls were banged on late at night and slamming doors/kitchen draws

False reports on our children, stress and fear.

The review you replied back with mentioning it was attended, it was ticked off to save your company from any flack though we know that magna doesn't care.

It doesn't take 31 months to get this sorted well MANY issues reported to you...

The guy was polite and respectful and a good worker fast tidy all in all great guy

I reported an issue and Magna got back to me within 48 hours as agreed. They are sending a builder to my father's address tomorrow. Thank you for a prompt professional and friendly service.

Plumber came and replaced my toilet seat.was in good time and took 5 minutes.This was his second visit but not his fault.He was told that my washing machine was leaking.I don't have a washing machine.This was something I reported as the communal machine about 3 months before(was fixed).Very weird report.Needless to say the plumber didn't have a new seat with him so I had to report it again.All is fine and dandy now.Was all a bit messed up.I was using a toilet cage following my ankle accident so decided to change to an ordinary Loo Seat.Which I had but some parts were missing so it wasn't as stable as it could be.The plumber was really helpful all the p
way through it all

Magna staff listened and dealt with the problem, always there to help.

Friendly, helpful, informative staff member who gave me information on how to proceed further with supplying brothers death certificate and gave me instructions on what to do next.

Wayne was the operative fitting a new fence and gate in our carport today .
Such a nice polite member of staff .
Wonderful job .it looks wonderful and so professional.
He left everything clean and tidy and swept out after working I’m so impressed with his work I look forward to seeing him soon to do another fence in my garden .

I have not received appropriate and correct advice.Magna is writing something else in his last letter and my advisor has advised me exactly the opposite. I'm confused. What action should I take and who should I trust?

The repair was actioned promptly & efficiently but it took 3 communications before an engineer was sent out the same day instead of a 3 week wait

Very helpful as Zoe helped me with my Universal Credit issue with rent sent to wrong account info then transferred back to me to pay magna housing the transfer from my bank.

The response is excellent thanks.

Polite and respectful and very patient with my complaints.

Bob is a gem and works very hard and I do appreciate his honesty and service to myself and his company.

The only complaint I have is a continuous barking dog throughout the day which I have been reporting for 6 years now and nothing has been done about it.

The dog lives below me and often starts barking at 6am and intermittently up to 7or 8 pm.

I find this unacceptable and I suffer with mental health issues and this in no way helps.

It’s even been suggested I move, which seems unfair because I’ve been with Magna for over 30 years now.

I have recently applied to move now because the situation is often unbearable.

I have spent over £3000 on carpeting and noise proofing but this has not helped at all.

I can only hope I find somewhere more quiet at this stage of my life .

Oh by the way I get on very well with all of my surrounding neighbors so do not complain for the sake of it.

I am now 71 and getting older and just require a decent and quiet lifestyle.

From customer service responding to an email to the repair being done, excellent service all round

I didn't actually speak to anyone but I got a response quickly so that's helpful.
