    Stop wasting paper and cutting down…

    Stop wasting paper and cutting down trees. I have had it with all the texts, emails and now paperwork through my door regarding the same thing. One communication is enough. No im not going on your damn portal or emailing anyone. Train your stupid staff while im at it!

    The full breakfast was cooked perfectly and very healthy compared to other cafes in the area. Fair prices and polite staff, a lovely establishment, unlike greasy cafes in the area. A great start in the morning followed by a morning walk around the Green Loop. No annoying traffic whilst we eat which was great.

    Good Friday Experience

    This is just to let Abri know that a few of our residents went to the Round About Cafe last Good Friday and had a great meal and conversation with residents from Kelly House brilliant idea

    Avoid if possible!!

    Continuously having issues with Abri.

    I’ve spent the best part of 2 months trying to set up a direct debit with them, just to cancel it and blame me for cancelling it.

    Called up again last month, asked for it to be set up again because my account is now in arrears (Yes, there is a portal to pay online but I can’t warrant paying my rent on there AND they attempt to take the funds AFTER they have cancelled the direct debit TWICE) to be sent a letter 25/03 saying it’s all set up, just to send me another letter 26/03 saying it’s been cancelled!

    I called on Friday (27/03) for someone to give me an answer, just to be told that “I’ve left a note with my colleague to call you back”, to have NOTHING done in response! I’ve been calling since Monday trying to get an answer!

    I asked for the details to set up a standing order which have been given to me but my bank has flagged it a fraudulent because the name of the account doesn’t match the details given!

    Nobody knows what they are doing there! They live and breathe by their computer system that doesn’t work, and they won’t even look at the evidence I’m telling them about to show that they are wrong!

    If you can avoid dealing with Abri, do it, because they keep buying out all these other companies without looking after the ones they already have!

    Every customer service agent is very…

    Every customer service agent is very kind, however Abri does not help residents at Longwood Avenue SL3 with issues, there is a sign ,,residents carpark only" but strangers dump their vans here and Abri does nothing about it. We were told that we will get 2parking permits per flat, and today when I called for an update are suddenly not entitled to parking permits and no one explains why is that. Our main door to the building is broken for a year now, residents don't feel safe as we have drug smugglers coming in and doing drugs on a main stairwell, we have reported this numerous times with no solution. Everything is about Abri not it's customers.

    We take reports of Antisocial behaviour and our Customer Safety very seriously. Abri does have a Community Safety Team who are able to investigate and support with the issues you have described.

    As you have mentioned these concerns have been raised already , you will need to contact your Community Safety Officer or call our Customer Service helpline on 0300 123 1567 .

    With regards to the parking and maintenance issues you've mentioned, we understand how frustrating this must be and would like the opportunity to look further into this for you.

    Ground Maintenance fails.

    No idea who the b*ffoon is running the ground maintenance team but piling sods of turf around greens to stop cars is horrendous on Mansbridge estate.

    The elderly cannot fully open car doors now & then have to try & lift their legs over the heap of earth & grass.

    Truly the most inept & poorly thought our resolution to a problem. Abri are not dealing with the parking issue, just hiding from them.

    Breakfast

    Been here a couple of times for coffee previously so decided to come and try breakfast. Wide variety of breakfast options and drinks. I had the full English breakfast which was very filling.

    No interest at all
    I have a neighbour tha has buried a pet under the sitting room window because they said they havet that’s it even with photo evidence. Neighbor also aloud to use washing machine all night early hours of the morning every day not anti social
    Neighbours garden is full of rubbish house a mess not interested all you get is working with them . Also tenant aloud to abuse path way and intimidate me but that’s fine bins aloud on my property which belong to neighbours cuz I moved them I’m now not aloud my bins near my own property absolutely a joke all they want is there rent. The state of there property is horrible plaster cracking every where not enough ventilation. Paintwork half painted before moving in only aloud certain colours it’s a joke

    Roof repair 20th Nov 2025

    I have been a tenant for nearly 26 years !
    Yep when it was Drum housing !
    Have had an ongoing Roofing problem with rain coming in. I reported this on 20th of Nov 2025 and it is still on going. I found out when i first reported the problem they did not put it on the portal. Then my message's were deleted from the site. Who has is allowed to do this ? i also waited in for a 2 x 24 hour emergency which never happened .I found out when i phoned in that it was not logged. I pay my rent but what for ? I have contractors that just turn up . Please make an appointment. I do work!
    i have now reported them to the MP of Horndean , Hampshire country Council and as of today to The Ombudsman .
    Abri need training in all areas to deal with their customer services or their Repairs . They don't seem to know care as long as they get their rent. It is disgusting what they put their customers though. They need training in customer care and email customers if the repair is not resolved they should send some one out to take time to sort the problem out and put all your phone people on a training customer care course please. I have now taken photos of my messages and Abri reply's .
    Please , ABRI you do not need to reply to this message with a customer service email, as i have done that too. I want to speak to a manager or some one higher up please.
    I would just like the repair completed.

    Abri driver

    Complaint about a driver in one for your vans - she pulled out on me on a 40mph road causing me to have to break suddenly. She was then swerving and didn’t bother using her indicators. When I came along side her at some traffic lights, it appears she was eating her lunch which is maybe why she was completely unaware of other drivers around her or didn’t care about her recklessness. Perhaps some staff need longer lunch breaks but either way, not a good look for the company to have a rubbish driver out driving company cars.

    Just popped in for a coffee and muffin. Lovely relax atmosphere with staff very helpful and professional.
    Highly recommended to everyone and no doubt I will pop in again when in the area.

    I do not see how anybody can be happy…

    I do not see how anybody can be happy with the service provided or received by this organisation. Misrepresentation, complete lack of transparency, Failing to meet SLAs on repairs, kitchen and other appliances not fitted or working on handovers. An absolute disgrace and nobody should have to go through this, i cannot see how they are even allowed to continue business.
