Absolutely diabolical. Trying to return my bras, repeatedly ignored me. On a rare occasion when they did reply, they would not send the return address and instead offered gift vouchers etc. I originally requested a refund at the start of September, it’s now 15th October and I’m still chasing them. They’ve also blocked me on social media when I raised their poor response in a comment on their post. Definitely a scam.
16th Oct update: thanks for replying below. Now can you put the return address in your response?

Awfull fitting bra i went by their sizing recomendations and its miles off and cant even wear it!
Emailed them took 2 weeks to reply to advise of how to return i asked for a refund no response for another 2 weeks and they said they would send another size out! I didnt ask for this i asked for a refund but they give you no option!
Very frustrating i cant see me getting anywhere… the website makes it look like such a glossy company i wish i had read the reviews first!
I wouldnt touch them absolute waste of money!

A good bra
I have never had a bra that fits so well not to mention this is online shopping. It lifts my front, it doesn’t have bra spillage under the arms, it also doesn’t have spillage on the back. I wore it all day and still feel very comfortable.

I have also had delivery problems, my bras have taken over 3 weeks to get here, I also received an email asking for a review before I had received my bras. I ordered one jelly bra which seems great and a strapless bra which has not elasticity at all and is basically like an ill fitting boob tube, not great I will be returning this bra for a refund and hope the return service makes up for the poor delivery service, I think you need to change your courier service madam muse

Had 2 balconette bras delivered before…
Had 2 balconette bras delivered before and I like them, they fit fine and quality seems good but delivery took weeks. Because I knew they eventually came, I’ve ordered more but it’s now been 9 weeks and I still haven’t received them. Chased via email and didn’t get an apology or ETA. Ridiculous.

I am unable to leave a positive review due to never receiving the item. Emailed with no reply. Was informed it was delayed. Iv received a email to leave a review stating it’s been about two weeks… this is as good of a review I can provide.

Communication between consumer and the company is very efficient. As far as the bra goes, I find it more comfortable than most but the pads tend to slip around and I find the straps and band a bit too thick.

Waited 2 weeks to receive 2 bras
Waited 2 weeks to receive 2 bras , I messaged customer support twice and received no response back. The bras don’t fit even though I used the size guide and I have no faith in the service that this will be rectified so a waste of money

These bras are a game changer! So comfortable, give great support and look so good! I will be replacing my underwired bras with these - life is too short to have metal digging into my boobs!

I was quite sceptical when I ordered. After wearing them a few times I can say I'm very happy with the bras - they offer really good support, are the most comfortable bras I've owned. I've done a second order (can't wait to try them out). Will purchase again, highly recommend!
