As with other reviews received a request for a review as bra had arrived 2 weeks ago……NO arrived today!!
Strapless bra is quite tight around band but bearable and normal bra fits well and seems comfy.
Not sure if worth the price but time will tell

Awful do not use.
What was meant to be express delivery took 2 weeks.
I have emailed them, used their contact message box online and still not heard back. Absolute shambles

Do not buy from this company they are scamming you I have tried for over a week to contact them, nothing,no reply and believe me I have tried
They are very bad traders and I am struck with a bra that doesn’t fit and with seam damage and out of pocket I will not be buying anything else from them

The bras took ages to arrive and they don’t fit despite using the size calculator. I have tried contacting the company via email, messenger and online form but no response. I’m concerned I’m going to be left with bras that don’t fit and out of pocket.

Although it will lift if you get it tight enough, it doesn’t separate and the result is the dreaded monoboob. I can feel myself bouncing as l walk around the house, so definitely can’t wear going out. Total waste of money and can’t be bothered to return

As I have got older my bust size has got bigger, I have tried lots of bra and have taken them off within 2 hours, they just drove me mad. A nurse at my local surgery put me onto your bras and bingo, stayed on all day and fitted just right. I will be buying more. Thank you

You sent me a message to say I had received the bras 2 weeks ago which is incorrect, I received them 2 day's ago, so was very disappointed with how long it took. However I am extremely happy with my bras, they are the essence of comfort and give a lovely shape. Will consider ordering more if I am not waiting as long.

I place an order with this company and then came across all the trust pilot reviews and was so sure I’d been scammed. However, the bra’s arrived and they were good quality just unfortunately didn’t fit or give as enough support in the way I hoped they would.

After reading reviews on here saying how the company do everything they can to make sure you can’t get a refund I told them I’d read the returns policy and told them I could see the UK return address was in Birmingham and asked them to confirm. I also made sure I took several very clear photos that showed the bras in unworn condition and the packaging.

It took quite a few back and forth emails but they gave me my options and I confirmed I wanted a full refund which they agreed to. I made sure I paid for tracked and signed postage and I have just received my full refund.

Wrong size bra received. Entered into a lengthy email exchanges. Options given for return unacceptable - I am expected to pay for return postage! No reference made in any of the emails to the fact that sizing is wrong. Unbelievable cheek and lack of accountability.

This response does not offer any solution to my enquiry and I believe again is a generic response generated by AI.
I certainly won't be using your company again.
I won't, as a matter of principle, send the item back. I don't see why I should throw good money after bad and pay for postage.

I need to return or exchange my bras I spent a lot of money and the customer service is by far the worst ! They said they get back within 1 business day, well it has been 4 days now and I have sent 6 emails

I love my bra. No wires just perfect shape and support. I had a boob job a few years back. Until now I have not been able to find a bra that fits right. Thank you!

Took forever to ship and get delivered. Neither bras offer the lift promised and they fit very poorly. Return policy is trash, they offer you store credit or you have to pay to ship the items back to them and they do nothing to make it right if you say the sizes don’t fit.

Selected bras based on their fitting guide and they were way too large that they are unwearable. Zero customer service to get them swapped over. I do not recommend buying from Madam Muse.

I’m not very happy with my Madam Muse bra. It’s floppy and offers little support. I really don’t like the way it fastens in the back. It’s got a hook in extension. It’s hard to fasten by myself. It’s cute but not practical.

Took a very long time to get it (yesterday! Although email said .., now that you have had it for two weeks ). Fits tight .. need to use the extender included. I like a bra that has wide straps underneath the arm and up the back. Do not love it.

Took 3 weeks to arrive and then the bra size that they suggested for me is too big. Who knows how long it will take to get a refund

Shipping was slow and then they sent an email asking me for a review since I had had the item for two weeks (but had not received it yet). When I did get it (3 weeks later) I tried it on right away and I must say, I do love the fit and it was worth the wait. Now just to see if it holds up. The downside is that they have removable pads! WHEN WILL THEY STOP DOING THIS?! Just sew the pads in already like they used to!

Absolutely diabolical. Trying to return my bras, repeatedly ignored me. On a rare occasion when they did reply, they would not send the return address and instead offered gift vouchers etc. I originally requested a refund at the start of September, it’s now 15th October and I’m still chasing them. They’ve also blocked me on social media when I raised their poor response in a comment on their post. Definitely a scam.

16th Oct update: thanks for replying below. Now can you put the return address in your response?

I never received my items and cant get ahold of anyone.
