I am shocked that the overall rating is so low for this company as I personally couldn’t be happier. I am a large chested woman and it has been the bane of my life trying to find a bra that will offer me support as well as comfort but this bra fits the Bill perfect perfectly. The material is really soft the bra is really comfortable and considering it doesn’t have an underwire in it, I find it very supportive. The only downside to this company is that the delivery did take quite awhile I think I must’ve waited around 3 to 4 weeks for delivery but I wasn’t in a huge hurry and now the bra is here. I am definitely going to order another one in a different style and I will be prepared for a long wait.

I had almost given up on receiving the bra but when it arrived it fitted me perfectly!
It is extremely comfortable and gave me an instant cleavage! My t-shirt looked great with this bra.
It actually left no marks at all on my skin, unlike many other bras I've had.
I kept it on until bedtime because it felt so good and I have ordered two more.
I love this bra and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.
I am a size 40 DD and the 2XL is the perfect fit. I hope the next bras fit exactly the same.

Bras aren’t as good as shown. When asking for a refund they are ignoring emails for ages and then when they do get in touch (after I got my bank involved), they are delaying and trying not to do. They’re basically scammers. AVOID!!!

gives vibes of a dropshipping thing but bra was actually more comfortable than this old VS one I was replacing. thick straps are nice. good enough to not go through the hassle of returning

I have been requested to leave a review for the bras I purchased 15 days ago, but I haven't recieved the bras yet, I've checked the tracking and nothing has happened in 4 days.

I am unhappy with the way the beta gets twisted in the wash. The insert on the jelly bra has to be repositioned every time - very annoying and inconvenient

I felt it didn't fit well and curled up under the breasts I am wishing to return it for a refund.

Originally I reviewed with 3 stars, because 1 bra fit great and the other not at all. I also had a delayed shipping time.
I am now changing my review to 1 star, because I have reached out 5 times and received no response from their customer service department.
I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from this scam of a company

Having ordered a small strapless bra that was sadly too big, it doesn’t come in XS, Madam Muse said keep the bra and sent me a code to order another bra for free!
Just ordered another gel bra to add to my collection of 4 different colours.

I would love to leave you a review about your product, but I am still to receive!

I want to return my items and despite numerous emails from them asking how everything is going and that if I have any issues to reply and a human will get in touch with me, I am yet to get a single reply to a message from them. I have contacted them approximately 10 times with no reply via email, the website, instagram or facebook. You are unable to initiate a return until you have had email contact but as no-one replies to the email, essentially the returns process does not exist.

Terrible, item never arrived, don’t waste your time

I purchased 3 bras and one of the bras had a tear in it and I reached out to customer support and they went above and beyond to help fix the problem. They sent me a replacement very quickly. I will only buy my bras from Madam Muse, they are comfortable and fit me perfectly. The staff was very helpful. I am a very happy customer!!

Further to my recent reviews, I continued to press for a full refund despite the fact the return address no longer existed, I can report that Madam Muse have now refunded me in full, save for the £4.45 Royal Mail fee. Lesson learned. Buy British!!!

Have waited for delivery for around 3 weeks. so far, nothing...

Product does not fit my body type (although I bought it because they specifically said it did). Customer service? Zero! Took them two weeks to respond to my request to return it, then they asked for pictures, now it's another two weeks. They're going to drag it out and then claim I didn't respond fast enough.

customer service is NON EXISTENT.
Website says they follow up with 1 business day - ABSOLUTE LIE.
I have used their form that is included and sent 2 more separate emails and total silence.
Followed their sizing guide and do not fit correctly. Exchanges on them - good luck getting any follow up.
DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% confident on the sizing.
