If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service of this company is appalling. Emails for a refund take approx 6 days to get a reply each time. When I eventually get permission to return, many emails over many weeks and photos of each item submitted, I get a returns label. Only to pay for signed for delivery of my returns to be refused and returned to me. I have had to go down the credit card chargeback route to get a refund.

Wish I had read the reviews on here first!
After a long wait for the bra it is a terrible fit and have emailed them for a return. Still waiting. I will report them to Trading Standards if I don’t get my money back.

I LOVE this bra!! Finally I found one that is really comfortable. I actually forget that I'm wearing it. I know that might sound silly...I mean I don't keep in mind the fact that I'm wearing my shirt or my pants... But there's so many ways I've had attention on the bra I'm wearing. The back strap, the shoulder straps, the band around my ribs, the cups not fitting.... It's just awesome🥰 Now that I know how comfortable it is I'm ordering more so that I can just wear these. So glad I tried this one‼️

I rarely write reviews but this website needs one. Their products are of low quality and size too big then when you want it returned you’re gonna have to go through lengthy process just to have it returned. Well in my case I am still emailing them and they keep shoving down my throat a replacement I never even want in the first place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I just got the bras 3 days ago, even with an email sent on 10/11 saying I've had them for 2 weeks. There is definitely NO jelly.... Just a normal pad in the bra. They also run small. I am a 36 c, I purchased a large and it's tight on me. There is also a seam at the top of the bra strap that is thick and is right where your bone is so you feel it. I wish I understood why Facebook lets these companies scam people. Very frustrating.

I received my bras last week. They are too small. I wanted to exchange for large. I have emailed them at least 7 times with no response. I have told them i am going to call my credit card company and reverse the charges. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought. Never again.

My original shipment never made it to me having gotten lost in delivery. The customer service team was incredibly friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. We exhausted several avenues trying to find the package. In the end, they replaced the missing bra! Atop all this, the quality and fit of the bra is fabulous! I will be buying more from them and highly recommend the company.

I did receive a request to write a review which insinuated that I’ve had received my bra two weeks prior, which I still hadn’t received it yet. After receiving the bra, I do feel like the Instagram ads were a bit deceiving about the amount of lift that it gives, it gave the illusion that it would be more of a push-up bra and it has absolutely no push-up however it is virtually invisible under shirts and quite comfortable so I really do enjoy the product itself in that regard. I do feel like there was false advertising and delayed shipments. That said, it is quite comfortable however I was under the impression I was purchasing something different than what I received.

Order allegedly dispatched a while ago, but has not been delivered and the tracking number is not working. 2 emails sent so far, but no reply at all. Looks like a scam to me.

Still waiting for my bra 3weeks now you said I would get last week , not arrived yesterday, not happy . Wouldn’t recommend you to friends.
Ready disappointed.

I’m not asking you to improve your customer service. I’m asking how to return and exchange for the correct item?????

Well I got thru the fact that it took over a month to receive my bra. I’m a grown woman who was sent an ExtraSmall when I ordered an XL. They will not respond to my request for an Exchange! I’ve emailed them 4 times

I’m still being ignored by this company and still don’t have my refund. Do not buy from them. They are unreliable and ignore you.

The material was nice, but both bras are far too large and I followed the advice on the website regarding fittings. the delivery was also delayed too.

Ask me to write a review, I haven’t even received the bra yet! It’s been a month. AVOID

The items I ordered did come within good time however unfortunately they did not fit, I arranged for a refund the support team were very helpful and responsive there was a bit of a delay in getting my refund however the support team managed to chase this up and got it sorted.

This took 3 weeks to arrive and is shapeless. Has a line straight under the bust area which makes me look flatter than before. No lift. No pulling together and certainly no jelly involved anywhere. Don’t waste your money. Primark do one similar for £6 and it’s miles better. Bitterly disappointed madam muse

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I've ordered a bra, the money has been taken but no confirmation of order, no order number and they don't answer emails or chat contact on website. No idea if I will receive a bra but very much doubt it.

Very disappointed with my experience with Madam Muse. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my parcel, yet I’m receiving emails asking how the bra fitting went! 😂 The communication has been poor, and I still have no idea when or even if my order will arrive. Considering the price, I expected much better service. I’ve spent my money and been left frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Washing is a pain. Pads are not removable. Can't tumble dry. Fit was fine. Comfortable. Nothing special, despite the hype. Not worth full price, but ok value when on sale.
