Lyons Bowe Solicitors Recensioni

Throughout the very quick process of selling our house we were guided through by the efficient, straightforward, friendly team. A great personal service with no nonsense. Thank you so much. Happy to recommend Lyons Bowes. Will definitely use them again.

Recently had my Will done with Lyons Bowe. Had a great experience - everyone was friendly and helpful. The whole process was super fast.

I would highly recommend using this company, I am a first time buyer purchasing on my own so going into this whole process seemed incredibly daunting. They've answered every question I could possibly think of quickly, clearly and provided so much clarity on the whole process. I'm sure I asked the same questions over and over again and they were incredibly patient with me, thank you Aansa for all your help. The staff are friendly and the service ran smoothly from start to finish. I was recommended this company through a friend and I will be recommending them to all my friends as they start purchasing properties.

A really great experience using Lyons Bowe Solicitors. From start to finish they have been friendly, helpful and very efficient! Cannot fault them! Big thank you to Finn Erasmus for getting us over the line at completion. Also thanks to Samantha Sanders (conveyancing) and Rhea Strawford (legal assistant) for all the prep work. Many thanks and appretiate all your hard work!

We had our wills updated eventually but we were shocked by the number of times we had to flag up mis-spelt names, wrong names and grammatical errors. However responses were polite and prompt.

Fast efficient service , friendly and helpful staff that guide you every step of the way.

We had an excellent experience with Lyons Bowe Solicitors during the purchase of our new home. A special thank you to Lewis, who handled all the administration and document collection throughout the process.

Lewis was professional, thorough, and incredibly organised from start to finish. He guided us through each stage of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. His communication was outstanding, and he was always quick to respond to any questions, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.

His attention to detail and proactive approach gave us confidence throughout the transaction. We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors to anyone buying a home. Thank you, Lewis, for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible!

All at lyons Bowe were very good , selling my house was not straight forward as my solicitors went into administration, they had a bit to sort out and to find my deeds before we could move forward, they were easy to contact and always happy to help and support.

As we have not sold a property for many, many years, this was, in effect a brand new experience for us. Madison, Legal Assistant, was our primary contact (Case Handler) for the initial part of the property sale and was extremely helpful, patient and professional. No question was left unanswered and Madison guided us through the whole experience before handing us over to the Legal Team who will work with us on the final stages of the conveyancing. I cannot recommend Madison highly enough - a great asset to Lyons Bowe.

This was our second property sale with Lyons Bowe. Once again the majority of the transaction was managed by Isharani who did a great job in bringing us to the point of exchange on our leasehold appartment. In the end we exchanged and completed on the same day and legal assistant Ellie Weeks did a great job of dealing effectively with some last minute glitches. Many Thanks

I would like to thank Connie Seymour, Samantha Sanders and Finn Erasmus for taking care of the conveyancing process with thoroughness and professionalism! I am happy to have chosen Lyons Bowe and will recommend to others.

Lyons Bowe has been rapidly responsive, giving a lot of information. Our online appointment with Rhiannon was very good, as was our interaction with other members of staff. Everyone was effective and efficient, and we would heartily recommend this firm.

I bought my first house the last month was me and my husband and we are soo happy and pleased about the progress and how all the things went smoothly.
The team are great and friendly, it’s a long way and a lots of enquiries but the team was good and patient with all our questions and concerns.
Maybe sometimes we thought they just forgot us but when I emailed they came back enough quickly and explained everything. Was a great experience to work with them and I truly recommend !!!! Thank you soo much for all the support and help (from the helpline to the team) you are amazing

Everything went smoothly and hassle free

The team I’ve had at Lyons Bowe have been fantastic. Holly at the start was super helpful, followed by Aansa who was super responsive and proactive and finishing with Amalia who was amazing at keeping me updated and chasing those last few things before exchanging contracts. Moving is super stressful but I feel so lucky I had such an amazing team. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Good friendly service.
Timeline showing progress of sale at each stage was good in principle, but not always kept up to date in practice.
Enquiry tracker showing enquiries, responses and status of each enquiry was good in principle, but we were not kept up to date after initial entries.
Communication could have been better, particularly as we neared exchange and completion. Regular updates explaining why we hadn't yet exchanged would have been appreciated.

The team at Lyons Bowe have been extremely proactive and super efficient. The communication has been so easy, both being able to contact people on the phone and receiving quick responses via email. The app used is really user friendly and reassuring to get regular updates on the progress of my case. I’d definitely recommend Lyons Bowe.

hello, I found communication was poor- i only got any updates when i requested them so i was charged each time. I wasn't told about significant delays. Without me chasing i wouldn't have known. I accepted Lyons Bowe solicitors on the condition i was given updates and that was to be included in the price but this didn't happen. I don't feel they were advising me and looking after my interests. Rather they wanted me to tell them what was needed. So only use them if you know exactly what you want in the paperwork.

All staff responded quickly to any questions I asked. They were very friendly and helpful throughout. A special mention to Jennifer and Delanie at the Bristol branch who were superb.

So far my experience with Lyons Bowe has been great. Macy has kept me informed at all stages and nothing has been too scary (first time purchasing a property on my own and rather out of my comfort zone!). I really hope the excellent service continues throughout the rest of my journey with the firm 😊
