The experience was all good. They kept me informed about the process and they always answered the phone and they got the conveyancing done at a reasonable price.

The reason I went with Lyons Bowe was because I saw that they were good at communication and I can say that is very true. I am currently still in the process however what I have experienced so far with Holly sorting all the onboarding has been seamless, with constant communication so that I am aware. She is not someone to sit on anything and actions everything straight away.

As a first time buyer, this has made the process for me so smooth so I am looking forward to getting the process completed with them.

We have just had a mirror Wills written. By Lyons Bowe Solicitors. The whole process was carried out by a young lady called Tamzin, it started with a home video call with Tamzin explaining the whole process before her taking our details so the Wills could be written. The whole process was carried out professionally.

So far so good. We have been dealing with Megan through the initial stages of our purchase. Love the fact everything is done online and be can dealt with very quickly just by scanning documents over. Megan is so lovely and has been brilliant at going through everything step by step. Megan has replied to emails very quickly and is also at the end of the phone. Going through a tricky divorce and needed advice about finances etc. At first they seemed responsive but this rapidly changed once I had instructed their services. I have found them difficult to contact and the solicitors always seem to be part timers, leaving the firm or off on annual leave. They are expensive, seem uninterested in my case and lacking in basic communication to keep me updated. Also ALL of the paperwork collation and filling out of the form E for the financial order was done by myself. Makes me wonder why I have paid them to be honest as the reason I got a solicitor was to take the stress away. It has definitely added additional stress to the divorce and my ex has now got away with dissipating marital assets. I have lost marital asset money that I should of been entitled to. Absolutely deeply regret using this firm but too late now… Won’t ever use them again.
