We used Lyons Bowe for writing our will through the Free Wills Network. It was a very straightforward process and would recommend to anyone looking to prepare a will.

Cannot praise the team at Lyons Bowe highly enough. The house sale and purchase process is quick, thorough and the communication is excellent. I dealt with Macy and Sian and cannot fault anything. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately we are in the midst of both a house purchase and sale using Lyons Bowe as our conveyancer. We chose Lyons Bowe because of the reviews but have not had a positive experience. The onboarding team were great and Chloe was extremely efficient. However since we have been transferred to the legal team, we have been disappointed. Our point of contact Aansa has not reviewed the file to understand our circumstances which could have resulted in duplicated effort had I not pointed it out. There is no effort to understand our concerns and when I have escalated, this has been met with very little in terms of resolution. I am currently waiting to hear back from their Senior team member but am not hopeful.

The whole process was conducted by Teams so very convenient and swiftly dealt with. Georgia was very friendly and excellent in dealing with my requirements. An excellent service.

So far so good. I’m midway through a house purchase and Chloe has been proactive and quick to action things. The app is also a good idea.

We're definitely not legal experts but everything was explained so well, we also visited their offices in Bristol for witness signatures - again the Staff were fantastic and accommodating.

Great communication and efficiency dealing with our house sale. We were first time sellers so we needed a lot of advice and reassurance from Charlene Jones, as our solicitor and Faine Buckfield who dealt with the contract exchange. Their work is much appreciated.

We’re in the process of buying our first house. Chloe was very patient with us and gave us help while we figured out what we needed to do. We have been getting updates every step of the way which has given us piece of mind during the whole process.

The legal team emailed the contract plus other documents for signature but while we were able to sign the contract there were numerous errors on the other documents which meant we couldn't sign them thus causing delay as new documents had to be produced and emailed. It was almost if the documents had been sent without being checked. NOT IMPRESSED

Unfortunately it was a terrible experience from start to finish with Lyons Bowe Solicitors and I would not recommend working with them to purchase a property. For each stage of the process there was a new point of contact which unfortunately led to a loss of communication, errors in documentation, unnecessary delays and poor correspondence which unfortunately cost us unnecessary stress and additional funds. We will never work with Lyons Bowe again and would not recommend them to anyone. The seller had the same solicitor company so the process should have been more efficient but it very disappointing and ended taking 6 months to complete. Post completion they have even requested us to repay them 8.80 GBP which they undercharged us by mistake. Unfortunately there has been no apologies throughout and thus to end like this really is the final nail in the coffin.

Krislin Abraham made my first experience in buying a house soo much better. She was patient and attentive and no question asked was too much trouble. Very supportive and friendly! Really good service Thankyou!

Buying a house using Lyons and bowe all the staff were great kept me informed at ever stage of the move friendly and polite would use them if I had to move again

We dealt with Rhiannon Cape at Lyons Bowe for an urgent declaration of trust. She was professional, helpful, and nudged us appropriately when we had forgotten to return something. We were really impressed with her explanations and speed of turnaround. All the interactions with Lyons Bowe have been exceedingly positive

Very good experience drafting wills. Rhiannon was very helpful and friendly - she raised lots of useful questions for us to think about, explained everything clearly, and was upfront about all costs and the process itself.
