AI predictions aren't always the best!
After previously using two local solicitors for legal duties we tried an AI prediction which unfortunately turned out, in our opinion, a little worse. There was little or no personal service, we entered a pool of legal individuals. Emails are generally cut/paste with references to groups like Estate Agents even though we didn't have an agent. Prices initially quoted don't match completion statements and when questioned, charges appeared in small prints of documents, this makes it incredibly difficult to compare legal quotes and therefore the costs were higher than local solicitor quotes. The most frustrating was the lack of urgency, an incredibly simple sale took far too long. In addition they may advertise local offices to your location but they cannot be used for original documents etc therefore special delivery postal charges are required for Shepton Mallet. The Company App wasn't used to accurately reflect the status of your property transaction

5 star service the entire way through our house sale and purchase. There was never a day I thought - what am i waiting for? I was always in the loop with what was going on and always receiving communication from the team. This is the second time we have used Lyons bowe and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for making this stressful process a lot less stressful. Particularly would like to say thank you to Jonas Hee who has dealt with our case.

Good experience house selling
Originally only went with Lyons Bowe Solicitor for the house sale as they were the only company that seemed to be able to cope with the fact the house was in a trust and the proceeds needed to go 6 ways. It started out really well and then sadly, we lost 2 weeks with the initial welcome team (due to sickness) and I did think oh no here we go... but once we had a solicitor Beth made every effort to do everything promptly and in the end the entire sale was completed in 5 weeks so thrilled. Thank you to Beth and Jayden for getting us over the finish line

It was all going well until it moved to the completion team, I and everyone dealing with Tehasha found her to be lacking in communication skills, things weren't done when they needed to be. we had to constantly chase her, she didn't seem to know what she was doing or what needed to be done.

9 months to to completion of the sale…
9 months to to completion of the sale of my 1 bed flat, and 7 different people working on it, solicitors leaving in between, and we were not notified, 5 months to get BSA fire certificate which is free and then paying £1800 for it to be check , the cost all together was over £ 7000
