Poor Customer Service, Price Gouging Company
The service I received was very poor, it took almost a month for me to receive my items, yet, they took the money from my credit card in 24 hours. Then when attempting to find out the delay, no one has the courtesy to respond to me. Additionally, they are extremely expensive, and I have found the same products on Amazon and the Jobst website for almost 50% cheaper. Don't waste your money with this company, it's not worth it!!!

If it were possible to leave zero stars…
If it were possible to leave zero stars I would have. I placed an order for 3 compression sleeves over a month ago and still have not received them. Their customer service says they started a ticket and my order is being processed but no reply from the company to date as to the status. They had no problem immediately withdrawing over $180 from my PayPal account but still no sleeves. The kicker was I was asked to review one of the products. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago…
I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received the compression sleeve I ordered. I have tried to call countless time with no answer ever. I have left messages for a call back and no one has called me back yet. In the past I never had a problem but there surely is now.
I will order the compression sleeves else where because this has not been successful by any means.

I ordered over a month ago
I ordered over a month ago. I have sent two emails and called and sat on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Still no product or tracking or answer to my emails. I will not be ordering from this company again. I am in desperate need of my arm sleeve, my arm is swelling terribly because my old sleeve is worn out. I would NEVER have expected to be waiting a month later with no communication whatsoever! This product was not cheap and their total lack of customer service is unconscionable.

2 weeks after placing our order we had…
2 weeks after placing our order we had heard nothing. I then emailed twice and had no response. After this I called and talked with an associate who put me on hold and when she was retuning to the call inadvertently hung up on me. I tried to call back and waited in the queue for 15minutes at which time I could wait no longer. It has now been 4 weeks and I have no idea when to expect my product.

Order placed, never shipped, no communication from customer service
Order placed 9/4. As of 10/3 I have sent 3 emails and attempted multiple phone calls, all of which go to a fax machine. No response to emails and no tracking information for my order. This website appears to have turned into a scam and now I've lost $60 and do not have compression socks we desperately needed. Do not use this website to buy anything in the future.

Lymphedema company helpful, but in the end, does not sell the product that I am looking for
The company that I purchased the binder from was quite good and helpful. Within minutes of purchasing the binder I received a nice email from Lymphedema telling me how to contact them if I have questions.
The binder that I purchased was comfortable when I first put it on, but like the ones from the hospital, it bunched up on me as I moved around the house. It was comfortable to sleep in, but I want binders that don't roll at my waist or bunch up on me.

You can do better
I have had good luck ordering my lymphedema sleeves from you in the past, but now I may rethink my choice of your company. I ordered a sleeve from you on August 4, a Juzo Dream sleeve in arctic blue. Today (Sept. 9) it arrived, only it was not a Dream sleeve, and it was in beige, not arctic blue. I have been a customer for years, and tell you this is shoddy service. These products are really overpriced anyway, and then to get this lousy service was inexcusable. Bayman

Poor communication
I understand the delay in processing, but I did not receive any communication from the time that I ordered the item until two weeks later when it shipped. Some form of communication in between would be helpful.

I placed two orders recently. The 1st 4 weeks ago and the 2nd more than 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the 1st. I’m not happy as I have patients waiting on these products. It has never taken this long. I would like to know what the issue is. If I don’t receive my orders by weeks end, I’ll be contacting someone via telephone. ☹️
