Ordered 8/18 Finally found it laying on Porch Today 8/30. Oder said I ordered 8/26. That is day I emailed complaint I had not received a tracking # or anything. Actually sent the wrong one. I use 2001MX CGR1 . I am not sending it Back it would take a month to get another one Joyce Anderson

This product always results in a happy patient. It is comfortable and easy to take on and off. Great for venous congestion in lower extremities

The sleeve should have fit, based on the size chart. Unfortunately, it did not. But the return process was simple with minor delays due to Covid-19.

I ordered DreamSoft 2000 Thigh-High on August 12th for my wife who is Stage 4 cancer patient and was expecting that product will arrive in couple days, like from every other company. Yesterday it was exactly two weeks since we ordered and my wife called why product is not here. They were drooping excuses about Covid-19, how they are understaffed, how they are back-ordered, etc and that it might take another two weeks before it will arrive. My wife needs this for her blood clog that she have in her leg to make it easier for her to walk.
I'm sorry for bad review, but this is medical product that we need in a timely manner and not some fashion accessory.

I received my product very quickly. Before ordering I called Customer Care and the very helpful representative answered my question. I also received a “New Customer” letter. It was a nice touch.

I ordered weeks ago and stockings haven't arrived yet. Sent inquiry but got no re ssf phones.

I couldn't wait to receive this piece in the mail. I am so disappointed. I read the instructions carefully and began to don the wrap. Five minutes later I was furious and sweating. All that velcro sticks to everything. How the straps are wrapped is not described. There's not a single picture anywhere to guide me. As a person who lives alone there is no way I can get this on by myself. I've dealt with lymphedema 16 years. This is the worst garment I've come across. Don't waste your money, hope or time.

My order arrived timely and exactly what I wanted.

Ordered the foot and calf easy wraps 2 weeks ago and still waiting on them to come in. I'm also disappointed in the easy wrap foot piece that I ordered for the right foot earlier. It needs to be held snug for it to do it's job but there is not enough velcro on the foot piece to hold it in place. Therapist tells everyone they need to add velcro to it to hold it in place. Nonsense, the manufacturer is the one who needs to add more velcro to hold it in place.

Product never arrived. The product was supposed to be at my house on August 8th. I have emailed twice and phoned once and no one has responded to me. I keep getting emails asking me to rate the product I've never received.

Customer service has declined in the 4+ years I've been using them. Prices go up, and shipping charges are no longer waived on orders over $100. AND shipping takes over 2 weeks! TO NJ!! Not a happy camper...

It has been nearly a month since I placed this order and I have not received this item!

The bandages and wraps came very fast and just when I needed them! I'm told the price I paid was almost half what I would have paid locally. Thank you!

I still have not received my products. I have not received any communication from Lymphedema Products concerning my order. My original order said the products would be shipped the following Wednesday. That did not happen! I've called three times, and each time I'm told it will take longer than the last information I was given. The last gal I talked to took my name and said she'd keep me informed. I'm trusting she will. I can understand a delay, especially in these unprecedented times. But I need to be kept informed as to what is happening. I was very surprised the first time I called to learn that they had not been shipped. I continue to get my legs wrapped. . . . Just waiting.
