Ordered stockings that should have been shipped weeks ago. Contacted Customer Service...their phone number now points you to a portal...no more human contact.

Was promised shipment a week ago... no shipment.
Have to contact them again.

Did some research on the company, I suggest others do the same before ordering.

I placed an online order with Lymphedema Products 5 weeks ago. I am yet to receive my order. After three emails, a voicemail message, and 40 minutes on phone hold with their “Customer Service” department, they have my money and I have nothing except a good deal of wasted time. I heartily recommend totally avoiding this company.

To set the record straight, I have now received my order, 38 days after it was placed. Never any significant input from Customer "Service". This does not change my rating, and I will never do business with this company again.

This place has to be a scam. I have called and no one ever answers a call or emails you back even when you leave them a message. I have been trying for over 2 months to get my refund back which was over 70.00 on a product that did not fit based on my therapist measurements and the quality was terrible. I am also out 15.00 shipping to return the item. I wish I would have looked elsewhere before ordering here. NEVER again will I order here.

RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE. Avoid this company at all cost.

I purchased a lymphedema sleeve for my mom after she was fitted by her clinic for this seller's products. The sleeve ended up being ridiculously small on her (weird fit, product arrived in mangled packaging).

Their returns are handled over email. The tone of their return instructions is so menacing that you don't feel like trying the exchange option. I sent the sleeve back per their instructions (paid for shipping myself).

They confirmed receipt and told me I would be refunded within a couple of weeks. Then nothing, despite countless follow ups, I've been waiting for my refund over 2 months. I finally gave up and placed a chargeback on my credit card. Cheating cancer families is an outright nasty practice.

Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.

The compression socks I've purchased are fine. The lack of response to important support questions, after repeated tries, is unacceptable for a company involved in medical care. They write you 6 months after purchase to declare your compression socks are worn out. When you ask them, wait, if I have lots of pairs and I rotate through them, doesn't that take longer to wear out than 2 pair?—they ignore and ignore and ignore after repeated tries to their support. Common sense would say there's a way to evaluate whether your socks are still working. Crickets. Bad customer support, plain and simple.

UPDATE: 8 days after this was posted, I received this reply their Customer Support via their ticket systems:

"Thank you for taking out the time to contact us. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience. We've been short staffed and experiencing extremely high call volumes. Our attention has been focused there. The socks normally last 3-6 months depending on how often you wear them. You have 12 pair so you may not need to order immediately. When you no longer feel the compression the same or feel stretched out, that is how you will know it's time to change them. I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again if further assistance is needed.

My massage therapist suggested I order from this company because returns were easy should you need them. I placed an order in July. I received the product, but it was not tight enough, so I started a return, they created a ticket, but never followed up. I continued to reach out to them, but they did not respond. Last month, they reached out to me apologizing that this wasn’t resolved, and asked if I would like to return the item. This morning I received an e-mail that my ticket was closed. No further conversation, no return. They just closed the ticket and abandoned me with an expensive product I can’t use.

Two months ago I ordered a product according to their sizing instructions and it was much too big. I returned it according to their instructions, they do not pay return shipping costs which were expensive. I provided them with all the information they required but had to keep contacting them to get confirmation that they had received the product. They confirmed three weeks ago and promised I would see my refund within a week. Three weeks later still no refund.

I am sooo pissed with this raggedy company. I ordered an item that I could clearly see was too big when I opened the box. The item was not removed its packaging and I returned it for a smaller size. I received a email saying I would have to pay for another because they can’t resell what was returned due to a smell. I didn’t try it on or anything. It was left in its packaging. I believe they may have too may items and just forcing people too keep things the can’t use no matter what. I have used this company several times but I’m done now. They got $100 dollars and shipping return cost for some s**t I didn’t do.

I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company; I still haven't received them. I sent an email with no reply what's so ever. I am disappointed. If I don't get a reply soon then I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was over 2 weeks ago.

Communication was above standard, the product was carefully packaged and shipped quickly. And the customer service and follow up was excellent as well. I would gladly and will be ordering more from this company in the future.

I ordered 5 pairs of pantyhose and only 2 arrived, and only after multiple emails and a phone call to cancel the order when no product had arrived 21 days after I ordered them. I was told that the items were shipping from the warehouse and that they would partially release what was available. Another week passed after receiving 2 pairs of the 5 that I ordered. When I escalated the issue to PayPal, Lymphedema Products gave them a fake/invalid UPS tracking number for the remaining 3 pairs. It's been over a month and I only have 2 out of 5 of the items, and they have my money.

I order from Lymphedema Products alot. I saw compression sox that are larger than normal compression sox so I ordered a pair. They're expensive; over $20. Well, they're junk. They're too loose and the seams are so thick I have to wear them insideout or they rub on my foot. I've only worn them several times and one of them already has a small hole. Low quality for the price. Don't order the compression sox.

I order from lymphademaproducts.com as they give regular customers discounts based on purchases. I pay out of pocket for my compression hose and it’s expensive so any opportunity to save a few bucks, I’ll take. However…it’s generally over two weeks after ordering where I have to call or email the company to find out the status of my order. No shipment email, and in many cases, I find the order still hasn’t shipped. The time span between ordering and receipt is much too long and delayed compared to other companies I use/have used. Using ‘logistics issues due to Covid’ is no longer a valid explanation as other companies’ shipping times from order placement is 5 business days at present.
As of writing this review, I still haven’t received a shipping notification and tomorrow marks 2 weeks since ordering. Not acceptable.

Company is a scam. An order was placed on a Tuesday, including an additional charge for expedited shipping, and the credit card was immediately charged, but no email confirmation was sent. When an email was sent to the company 5 days later, inquiring why they were continuing to send marketing emails yet there was no order verification, and no order received, they sent back a request to create yet another online profile with another password.

We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and stopping payment from the credit card company. I'm not sure why they have such a high rating on trust pilot but it turns out googling the company turns up just as many unsatisfied customers. Is also makes me unlikely to ever use trust pilot again.

This consumer product business should be out of business I had ordered a simple compression sock and was told it would ship in 3 to 5 days and waited a month an still wasn’t shipped because I contacted them so said it would get shipped immediately and now almost two weeks later still no package with no emails or tracking information from company. I keep an eye out of my window expecting a person riding on a horse to drop a package off. Even though in a lot of pain in my legs it is a good thing it is not a life or death situation

Talked via email with customer service about the A.P.B Hi All-Purpose Boot. I have horrific lymphedema in legs and feet and could no longer get a mens size 13 shoe on my left female foot. Got this boot. Very comfortbale and I can actually leave my house again. Fast service, great product, great price.

Great prices on compression garments, and their customer service was outstanding! I was having a hard time trying to figure out the appropriate sizes for my mother, who is quite small, and the rep helped me to figure it all out. Items fit her perfectly!
