havent dealt with them long enough for 5 stars but 4 stars is there shipping is quick and orders have been accurate

The products I have ordered have been excellent, and the company is very responsive to messages. Items have arrived within a reasonable time frame (small company, not Amazon-fast, but that's OK).

If they want reviews, however, they would do well to get their web certification updated, since my browser warns me that this website is not secure.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the inexpensive cost and how quickly I received my order, even during the Christmas rush and shipping to Alaska!! I definitely will use this company again and do not hesitate to recommend it .

Was giving you a five but your security certificate is out of date on the site. This is an important thing to keep up to date.

Ordered December 2, 2020; today is December 28, 2020, still no sleeve, supposedly mailed the 15; December, tracking shows it isn’t moving.I contacted tgem 3 times no answer. I ordered from 3 other companies the same day, received most products within 2-8 days. I would never order from this company again, when you need compression garments weeks will only worsen the condition.

I think the prices are very good and the product choice is good, but I have had my products on order for one month and they haven’t even shipped. Given that as a Canadian customer I’m paying a premium for priority shipping that seems unreasonable even given the coronavirus restrictions and the season.

I think the product I ordered was fine. The customer service, shipping and returns process sucks. I ordered something that said next day shipping to use for a surgery. It didn’t ship for about a week and the. Didn’t make it in time for me to use. I asked customer service to help me figure out if it would arrive in time and they were very minimally helpful. They also don’t bother to speak to you very politely at all. The returns process is quite difficult. You have to jump through a few hoops and fit the bill for returns yourself. Overall I would not order from this company again.

I never received my product. They say it was delivered , yet I did not get it. I emailed to discuss my options. The response I got was "it was delivered". Yes, it says that, but I did not get it. So not only did I spend 100.00 for something I did not receive, I got 1 star customer service.

The product I ordered was taking a long time to receive it so I called for info. I was told the product is on back order and would not be received for another month. I complained about it and received as a consolidation a whopping 15% saving on my next order. I changed to order to another product which was available and it was sent special delivery next day....however it was the wrong compression on the garment. I went to Compression Guru, ordered to sleeve and received it in a short time without any problems. Not happy with Lymphedema Products and will provide not use them again.

I have been working with this company for a few years and my experiences have been positive all along. When there was a minor issue, they were very attentive in making corrections. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their products.

Shipping is really slow and information is not available online.

I paid for two day shipping and still hadn't received my products after 2 weeks.

This is my fifth pair of stockings from this company. They're just what I need, and I am happy to have a place to buy them at a good price.

The excess delay in delivering ordered product is always a problem. I shouldn't have to nag to get it. Covid-19 isn't the problem here. This was a problem before Covid and has merely been slightly exacerbated by the pandemic.
